With 240 feet of waterfront and a private dock, its a great place to enjoy the surrounding nature and the variety of marine traffic. Looking west, it's hard to find a nicer sunset on Quadra.

This waterfront apartment offers stunning views out over our own pier and docks and across the bay. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is an additional bathroom off the living area. The main entrance is from the large covered deck on the waterfront, there is also a rear entry and 2 sliding doors onto a smaller private deck which extends over the ocean at high tides.
