Cozy Country cabin Jr is overlooking the water in a serene and peaceful setting, take your coffee out on the deck and enjoy the wildlife.Catch and release fishing is permitted and there is a paddle boat and a v bottom available, in the summer there is swimming and You will be renting the entire cabin but the pond will be shared by tenants if the large cabin is booked.The pond is approximately 2 3/4 acres so there is lots of space,our grandchildren have permission to swim there in the summertime

We’ve stocked the cottage with kitchen essentials, board games and everything else needed for a relaxing stay.

We are conveniently located 2.8 miles from Gambier and Kenyon College, 2.7 miles from Mt. Vernon and the Nazarene University, and 2.4 miles from The Kokosing Gap Trail. A private suite located on the 1st floor within a hall shared by three other units. Locally owned with a personal interest in providing great service to guests.

This rustic 2-bedroom cabin is conveniently located on large private pond just outside the city limits of Mt. Vernon with shopping, dining, brewery and entertainment. We are pet friendly, dogs only ($50 per stay, max 2 dogs) with all the modern convenience, fully stocked kitchen, 50" flat screen smart TV, washer/dryer and fast internet. Outdoor fireplace/grill is the perfect hangout just steps from deck overlooking the large pond. 4-person paddle boat is there for use during your stay.

Located in a historic district of Mount Vernon, the Carriage House has been renovated to infuse modern conveniences with historic charm. Just blocks from downtown, the Carriage House is 2 miles from Mt Vernon Nazarene University and 5.5 miles from Kenyon College. The Carriage House features a master suite in the loft, with a comfy queen size bed, and a separate sitting area with a 55" TV. The main level also has a youth suite in the transformed garage that kids and teens will love!
