This home, dating back to the 1880s, is in the heart of the Historic District of Virginia City, NV. At roughly 900 sq. ft., it has all the character of a 150-year-old home with today’s modern amenities for a comfortable getaway. Tucked away on a quiet hillside, it's easy to forget that you are mere steps from shops, restaurants, and year-round festivities and events and minutes away from exploring Nevada's high desert landscape. You will feel right at “home on The Comstock” in this cozy cottage.

Our cool and comfortable 1930's brick bungalow is quite possibly Reno's biggest little secret. Tucked in the heart of the desirable Midtown district, everything exciting is within reach. With a walkability score of 93, you won't be disappointed when it's time to choose where to dine/shop/explore. The street is very urban, surrounded by restaurants, salons and retail; near Reno Public Market, Kauboi Izakaya restaurant, La Condesa eatery, Magpie coffee, Beefy's, Lou Lou's, Micanos and much more!

Prosser Dam Paradise- Close to town and reservoir

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on Prosser Dam Rd. Located minutes from Prosser Reservoir and a short distance to downtown Truckee, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the space you need for a wonderful stay. 6 guests are included in the price of the reservation. There are two sleeper sofas and the house can accommodate up to 8 guests. Guests 7 and 8 would be $50 per night per guest. Pets are allowed for a negotiable fee $$ depending on how many nights and how many pets!

Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.
