Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

In the summertime there are lots of lakes in the area to enjoy and always stop in at Farmer in the Dell for ice cream before leaving town. Need a place to stay while visiting relatives? This would be the perfect place for you to have your own space while visiting. The house has been remodeled throughout and has washer/dryer along with an office in the back.

This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
