We were born and raised in the area,and it has always been a dream of ours to open a bed and breakfast on the old homestead property. We shared many cherished memories here, and it is our hope that our guest will be able to create their own during their stay. Hough Hill is furnished with family heirlooms that have been passed down through many generations. The opportunity to rebuild this place to share with our guests has been a gift from God, and we truly hope you enjoy your stay with us.

Tranquil Hideaway

This serene 1-bedroom cottage is a guest house located behind our primary residence. It offers a blend of modern comfort and natural beauty. The open concept living area provides a large area for relaxation and socializing. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a convenient base for exploring the area, Tranquil Hideaway offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. This home is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke inside the cottage you will be charged a $250 fee.

Our home is the perfect retreat for travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay, a weekend getaway, or an extended vacation. Three bedrooms +2 full baths, sleeps 7 comfortably, and has an open kitchen/dining/living room concept. Minutes away from the highly traveled Hwy 49, the home is conveniently located between Jackson, Hattiesburg, and Laurel.

Cottage at Mason Park

Welcome to the Cottage at Mason Park! It is beautifully furnished with some antiques and has a fully equipped kitchen. Our place accommodates 4 guests with a brand new premium Casper queen size mattress and a new Kendale pull-out couch. Located across from the beautiful Mason park in Laurel with its fenced dog park! 1.2 miles from downtown on the only avenue with a bike lane. Close to the main grocery stores and restaurants. Less than 1 mile from the Historic District.

Tiny House at Fulmer's Farmstead & General Store

Break away from it all and enjoy spending a little time at a slower pace on our 40 acre horse-powered produce farm. You will fall in love with our 240 square foot tiny house with its wrap around porch. Amish rockers complete the space making it an ideal place for that morning or evening cup of coffee. Enjoy touring the farm and watching our Percheron draft horses at work or young colts playing. Chickens, cows, and sheep round out the animals to check out here on the farm.

Relax and enjoy some time away in our cozy cabin. Whether you are looking for a relaxing retreat to get away from the hustle of life, or if you need a quick overnight stop while traveling, or a long stay for work, we would love to host you! 23 miles to Laurel, 45 miles to Hattiesburg, 22 miles to Magee. We do not have TV, but high speed fiber optic WiFi is available. No parties. No smoking on premises. No vaping indoors. Relax, unplug, and enjoy your stay!

The perfect getaway for anyone wanting to experience downtown and HGTV’s Home Town!

The exterior of the cabin at Dragonfly Ridge is rustic cedar siding with a large deck and a screened porch. The cabin is elevated with views of lake and grounds. The interior is wood with modern cabinets and furniture. Central AC and electric fireplace provide climate control or double French doors may be opened to screened porch. Dragonfly Ridge is located in rural Jasper County, MS and is near The town of Bay Springs.

Historic Downtown Carriage House & Oasis

Conveniently located within walking distance to downtown, restaurants, and shopping. This private carriage house sits in the Historic District behind a 1910 Grand Victorian which is listed on the National Historic Registry. The carriage house has been newly renovated and is situated atop the garage. Features a modern full kitchen, king bed, living area with pull out sofa for extra sleeping if needed, and full bathroom.
