The house is in a quiet private neighborhood on 1 acre of cove front property. There is an abundance of wildlife. Stairs lead down to the cove where you can walk the shore at low tide, birdwatch or hear fog horns. At high tide you can take our kayaks out. It's walking distance to Lamoine Beach Park and 35 min to Acadia. The classic but comfortable living space is all on the second level. Wifi & TV with cable, and air conditioning are all available. The basement/garage level has a washer/dryer.

It is furnished with the amenities listed as well as a dock, swimming float, fire pit with firewood, gas grill, and table and chairs. Enjoy the peacefulness from the screened in porch which overlooks the lake after a day of hiking in Acadia National Park. You will hear the call of the loons while relaxing.

This newly constructed garage apartment is in a desirable location, close to the village of Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park, and Kebo Golf Course. The space is designed to be bright and comfortable, with its own entrance and 1-2 outdoor parking spaces. The walk to town is easily done within 10-15 minutes, allowing you to skip parking fees. The space is pet-friendly and a standard pet fee of $50 is initiated when you click that you are bringing a pet when booking.
