A roomy place in the first floor of our family house kept in the style of the Yugoslavian 80's in a very quiet neighborhood. 5km to Jeruzalem vineyards, 8km to Banovci Spa, 14km to Bioterme Spa. An old town center of Ljutomer is in 10min walking distance. A place for your car in a carport. There's a garden with shadow. A lot of cycling, hiking and running possibilities in the area. 5km away there's a beautiful lake (former gravel digging) with christal clear water, perfect for a swim in nature.

Kuća kapaciteta 4+1 osoba sastoji se od dvije odvojene spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka, kuhinje sa blagovaonom i kupaonicom. U sklopu Kućice je velika terasa s pogledom na netaknutu prirodu. Enjoy at spacious outdoor place in rustic green environment, within walking distance of a large thermal complex and a golf course. This open-space appartment is entirely on the same level (including the shower in the bathroom); the passages between the individual parts are easy to pass also for disabled people. It shares a large yard and the garden with another apartment. Available are a grill and bicycles for wandering along the picturesque cycling trails in the area. Pets are wellcome.

For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

Apartment "Dublin" is a perfect place for a couple or single person. It is located in the city centre, in a detached house consisting of 2 apartments, each with separate entrance. There is a free WiFi, bedroom with ensuite bathrom, washing machine and walk-in wardrobe as well as lovely terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a clothes dryer in the common space . Parking is provided in the yard and is free of charge.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely hut

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
