Forestgrove is a Georgian House built in 1837, in a quiet street five minutes walk to Kelso town centre. This is a perfect base to explore the Scottish Borders . Access from the house door you will have the entire basement floor complete with bedroom with shower, separate lounge/living room and WC. Tea, coffee, fresh milk facilities are provided free of charge .Couples with small baby or toddler welcome. Work trips or friends travelling there is a sofa bed available £25 extra charge for linen.

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make your trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". The Burrow can sleep up to 4 people comfortably, with a double bedroom and a fold-out sofa bed in the open plan lounge / kitchen. It also has a large bathroom with wash basin and walk in shower, plus toilet. Whether you've come for some rest and recuperation or to have an action-packed adventure, the Main Street Burrow is the perfect hideaway.

The accomodation is centraly located near to the Town Hall, very close to the High Street with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Book a minimun of 3 night to receive a basket of snacks. Book 7 night or more to receive a breakfast pack and a bowl of fresh fruits.

Owl Cottage, in Rural Location with Games Room

Owl Cottage is a three bedroom cottage- sleeping 6 on the edge of our working farm. There is a games room with pool table and football table and dart board too. There is a first floor bathroom and a ground floor shower room. Outside, there is parking for two cars to the front and a small enclosed garden to the rear with table and BBQ. Great base for exploring the Borders and just walking out onto the farm to take in the stunning views and see our sheep and cattle and wildlife too.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Ancient Castle above the River Tweed

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.
