Vincent, Rachid and Lahcen and wider team were very approachable and helpful. We had a very comfortable stay. All staff were welcoming, approachable and helpful. Before traveling, Rachid arranged very cheap transfers from and to the airport. He picked us up from the taxi drop off point and showed us to our beautiful Riad. On arrival we were welcomed with Moroccan tea and sweets. Then Rachid showed us a map of Marrakesh and answered any of our questions before showing us to our room. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan. Breads, butter, jams, Carmel, honey and peanut butter. Fried egg. Natural yogurt, fresh fruit salad and a glass of fresh juice. Pot of Moroccan tea or coffee with milk. Very lovely! Our room had exactly what we needed. Air conditioning, a good shower and twin sinks with separate toilet. Beautiful design in a rooms, giving Moroccan rustic luxury. The roof too was a beautiful place to relax. Viewed beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

When we arrived at the riad, it felt like stepping into a little oasis. It wasn’t just the charming sight of small turtles roaming around the courtyard or the welcoming tea we were offered—it was also the decor and the peaceful atmosphere that stood in stark contrast to the surrounding neighbourhood. Our room was stunning—spotlessly clean and exactly like the photos. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with tea and biscuits, and given great recommendations for places to visit in the city. However, the city centre is a 25 min walk away and the area around the riad isn’t exactly the most appealing. Right next to the riad there’s a rubbish dump, which is a bit unfortunate. Reaching the riad involves walking through a series of narrow alleyways that can make you feel uncomfortable, especially when it gets dark or if you’re a woman. The host kindly offered to accompany us as even with precise directions/help by locals the Riad is hard to find

Mehdi was responsive to my communication even arranging taxis from and to the airport. The venue had a personal host available constantly and was helpful in recommending attractions and locations to visit. The room was clean and comfortable, cleaned daily and with towels, shampoo and shower gel. The Riad was stunning and clean, We ate breakfast near the pool. The location is quiet and authentic. We loved walking through the neighbourhood with the locals, interacting and taking in the surroundings. The location is a 20 min walk from the main square with interesting streets and alleys. There are local shops in the neighbourhood should you require anything extra. A great stay. Thank you Mehdi and hosts.

Le riad est parfaitement situé, à quelques minutes des souks de la médina et de la place Jemaa El fna. Le lieu est identique aux photos, calme et typique. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner traditionnel et les services proposés sur place (boissons, repas). Les conseils du personnel sur place nous on permis de découvrir de nombreuses bonnes adresses et de négocier correctement certains articles au souk.

Samir and Fatima were fantastic hosts and made us feel at home. The food was fabulous and the location was perfect. A wonderful Riad that I would highly recommend. Thank you too for all the help in booking our activities and sharing all your knowledge

Loved the stay! The building is beautiful, the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating, and the area in which it is located was central. I stayed in a group of 12 and we received an entire floor to ourselves. It felt like home, wish I could have stayed longer!

Vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel, fijne accommodatie, en lekker in het centrum, maar je kan ook rust pakken op het dakterras. De host is erg toegankelijk, en ontbijt is lekker.

Superbe gîte, propre, calme et reposant. Accueil très sympathique, chaleureux et dépaysement total grâce à la délicieuse cuisine coréenne de Aicha! Merci, nous reviendrons!

Saubere Wohnung und Umgebung, wie auf den Bilder. Bequeme Betten und 2 Badezimmer. Schlüsselübergabe ging flexibel und freundlicher Kontakt. Wohnung mit der Umgebung ist wirklich eine Wohlfühl Oase, richtig um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell im Zentrum. Bei Anliegen bekam wir jeweils sofort eine Antwort. Haben uns noch ein Transport organisiert für an den Flughafen. Kann es zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

Le logement était super, l’accueil est un vrai +, le personnel n’a pas été insistant, a l’écoute et de bons conseils. La chambre quant à elle était superbe, un petit moins pour la douche qui met de l’eau facilement partout mais ce n’est qu’un détail. Nous avons profité du service Duo hammam traditionnel et massage. Très agréable Une mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner que nous avons trouvé excellent

Je recommande les yeux fermés. Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Yann, dans un Riad magnifique, très calme et proche du centre (tout est faisable à pied). Correspond parfaitement à la description, les petits dej étaient copieux et soigneusement préparés. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Un des meilleur Riad que j’ai fait à Marrakech

Wir wurden mehr als herzlich von der Famiie empfangen . Ein Ort des Friedens, wie eine Oase zum wohlfühlen. Unser Häuschen war wunderschön gestaltet , danke an Philip für das Feuer im Kamin und das Drechselholz für Bernd . Die Ruhe in der Natur dort sind einzigartig , man kann viel entdecken. Der 4 x 4 Ausflug mit Labrie war ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Labrie hat uns am Berberleben und dem Lebensraum teilhaben lassen. Er hat eine ruhige Art, die die Natur genießen lassen. Dadurch das er im Altlasgebirge lebt, konnten wir viele Einblicke in das Leben im Berberland bekommen. Er hat uns sicher durch unwegsames Gelände gefahren. Die Natur ist dort einzigartig, die er uns fühlen lassen hat. Danke Noor, das Du diesen Ausflug für uns organisiert hast! Das Frühstück und das Abendessen war mit viel Liebe gemacht und das Beste was wir auf unserer Reise genossen haben. Danke an die gute Köchin, die Mama von Noor. Danke für die wunderschöne Zeit bei Euch es fiel uns schwer weiter zu fahren

Riad molto consigliato, io e la mia ragazza ci siamo trovati benissimo, kabir e gli host sono stati sempre disponibili e molto accoglienti. Il riad è molto carino in pieno stile marocchino e questo ci è piaciuto molto, inoltre sulla terrazza era disponibile una piscina, dei salottini e dei lettini prendisole. La camera era pulitissima e molto spaziosa e bagno impeccabile. La posizione sicuramente non è il punto più forte perché si trova poco fuori la Medina, ma comunque è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 5-10 minuti, quindi non abbiamo avuto nessun problema. Inoltre kabir è stato sempre disponibile a prenotarci dei taxi all’andata e anche per tornare all’alloggio a dei prezzi più convenienti rispetto a quelli che propongono i taxi nella Medina. Inoltre è disponibile anche un servizio di shuttle comodo dall’aeroporto e un bar ristorante dove poter mangiare. Molto consigliato, ritorneremo sicuramente.

Everyone at Monriad was so kind and great to communicate with. They were very accommodating for a couple special requests I had which made my trip to Marrakech all the more enjoyable and hassle free. The location is just off, what I would say, is a main corridor to feel safe but still secluded enough for peace an quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the main square which was only within a few minutes walking distance. Would absolutely return to and recommend Monriad to anyone who is planning visit.

非常に快適な滞在でした。 空港に到着して、イミグレーションプロセスに時間がかかり、空港の送迎エリアに着いた時23時をすぎていたのにも関わらず20ユーロでピックアップしてくれました。 お部屋は写真通りでしたし、ホストはとても迅速にやり取りしてくれ、不安がない状態でお伺いできました。 ありがとうございました！

Das Riad ist sehr schön und sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Man ist direkt in der Medina von Fes und dennoch ist es ruhig und privat. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns sehr gute Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Man wird sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Sehr zu empfehlen!

We can very much recommend Riad Roxanne. Marrakesh is generally not for light sleepers and the riad is not very sound proof, but the riad‘s staff turned off a very loud generator for us during the night so it got more quiet. The room does not offer much privacy – no doors/curtains between bed and toilet – but is very pretty. The mattress was extremely soft. Breakfast is tasty and the pool cozy and beautiful. The best part is the kind staff – special thanks to Yussuf and Amina. We‘d stay here again!

Where to start ? I had an amazing stay here, at Ruth’s and Youba’s home. The energy of the home is amazing and very quiet. Beautiful décoration too. Everything is thinking for to feel home, and that is !! Also, Ruth and Youba, are amazing host, here when we have question, good advices, and very good energy. Thank you for all again 🙏🏻 Take care ✨

This Riad was beautiful! I really enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was great. I will say the location was about a 20-30 min walk to the Medina. If you are a female traveling solo, I would definitely book a place closer. Parts of this walk did feel unsafe or uncomfortable as men would holler at you. A bit tricky to find when coming back at night as gps didn’t always work well. But overall the actual Riad was amazing and so were the hosts!

Nous avons passée un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, Hanane la collaboratrice de Marisé est très accueillante et arrangeante. Le petit déjeuné est très bon et l’organisation de ce dernier est bien ajusté afin de nous permettre d’organiser au mieux notre séjour. Super appartement pour visiter le centre historique de Marrakech, avec un petit bassin piscine pour se rafraîchir quand il fait chaud. Nous recommandons le logement ! Sébastien et Ninon

Best Riad and best Desert experience, we went by Camel in the desert and saw sunset and sunrise from the dunes! Amazing!

Logement typique, une très belle décoration, à peine en retrait de la rue animée de la khasba, suffisamment pour être au calme. Bien placé pour rayonner dans la médina. Communication au top avec Jérôme et surtout Jamal, aimable et efficace. Merci à lui et à son épouse pour son délicieux repas à notre arrivée.
