We had a wonderfully peaceful time here. The lake was quiet and the lap lap sounds in the night were meditative. The mist on the lake most mornings made for some excellent photography. And best of all, Josh and Alycia's home feels like home, and we really appreciate that feeling. The cottage has everything we needed and so many thoughtful touches. The fenced back yard was perfect for Rory, who decided that he is a "lake dog" and lay down on the dock with his head hanging over every chance he got. We hope to visit again often.

Micheal was super kind and thoughtful and took care of anything we needed right away. It snowed quite a bit during our stay and he was out right away clearing the walkways in the freezing temps. Everything was clean and nice and we’re thankful to have stayed here.

Had a couple of issues during the stay, however Maria and her husband Zane were very responsive and made sure that we were taken care of. We were previous owners of the property. Zane and Maria have made many upgrades to the property in the last five years. If you stay during the week you will have beautiful calm water and a peaceful stay. Weekends get a little bit busier on the water, but still very nice. If you stay over a holiday weekend, or the Shootout weekend it gets a little rough on the water. Coconuts is within walking distance. A little pricey, and a little hectic on weekends (in season). However, there are plenty of good dinning options within a 20 to 30 minute drive, and shorter by water. Thanks to Zane and Maria for providing a great experience.

We had a nice stay. The lake views and sunsets were pleasant, but we didn’t realize the water would still be too cold for swimming. It would probably be a better experience later in spring or summer when the weather is warmer.

Stayed here for a week & man I already miss it! Jason's lake house is absolutely phenomenal! There's space in the house for everyone, entertainment in every room! Beautiful home all around! Going outside on the deck & watching the boats & water doesn't get any more peaceful! 10/10 will be staying again! :)

This house is EXACTLY as described and pictures are accurate. It’s got all necessary amenities, just like home. Very roomy and very clean. We stayed there, two couples, while we visited family in the area and there was plenty of room. We hosted dinner for 6 one of the nights comfortably. I’d go again in a heartbeat!

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed for the price. It was located right on the lake and in a great part of the Cove where you could swim and use the lake ammenities the host provides. They had paddle boards, a slide off the dock, and lily pads to lay on. The area and house was BEAUTIFUL. It was stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, and almost anything you could think of. Kerri was also very quick at replying if we had any questions. The only thing I could think of that we didn’t like was the driveway being so steep but that’s obviously out of their control and just how the ozarks is. I would love to book again next summer!

Quiet peaceful cove. House was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. Men fished daily, wives relaxed and went shopping and site seeing. Anton responded very quickly to any questions. Will stay there again.

We had a gymnastics competition the following morning that I overlooked, it was a short notice booking on our end, so we're super happy they trusted us to stay. We got there late at night & left in the morning so didn't get to do/see much in the area but the home is beautiful, the kitchen looked well stocked, & their back deck looked that much better! Wish our trip would've been a bit longer so we could've enjoyed it🖤 There was plenty of games for extra entertainment, which we appreciate even tho we didn't get to play them. The only downside was a problem with their washing machine but I communicated that with them so, hopefully they address it before the next renter arrives. Overall, our super short stay went well!

We had a great stay. Very large living space. Like huge!! Everything was super clean and a thoughtful host. Lots of a little things to make you stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again.

The house was great for our large group staying over a weekend. It was clean and plenty big enough to accommodate everyone. The house is in a good location and Andrea was very easy to work and communicate with. I would recommend this any large group looking for a place to stay.

This house had PLENTY of room for my large group. Lots of beds and tables to eat. Theres lots to do with all the water toys, swim doc, fishing tools and yard games! Lots of fun relaxing spots to hang out. The kitchen had lots of cooking utensils almost everything you could need. The house is located in a very peaceful quiet cove with very little boat traffic. Driving around the area can be a bit tricky it helps to have 4wheel drive. John and Susan were very friendly, quick to respond and were often close by. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again!

Had a great time here for our work retreat! We were able to both rest and work well together in the large, open main room. Also, I really appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen is! They had everything we needed and so much more.

Perfect space for our family vacation!!! Having the pool was a HUGE bonus for our family, we spent a good portion of each day around the pool. Great location, easy to find and easy to get to local attractions. Nancy was quick to respond to questions.

Beautiful spot with gorgeous views. Home was cozy and clean. Host Joe is friendly, provided clear instructions, and proactively answered all questions quickly.

Great weekend getaway. Amazing part of the ozarks, lots to do throughout the day, night life, shopping, fishing, you name it! Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Pictures definitely don’t do the home justice. Such a cute, quiet and cozy home. Very responsive, and kind host. Would definitely stay again if we are welcome!

We loved our stay! The house really felt like home away from home! Very comfortable bedroom and living room furniture, beds all had extra blankets and pristine clean white bedding. The primary bathroom was open to the bed area but we got used to it and loved being able to watch tv from the amazing bathtub! I can’t think of one thing I would change, we are already planning our visit for next summer.

Our family enjoyed a great weekend here! The house itself is stocked with everything you could really need. We loved the dock- the kayak, paddleboard, slide, etc. Made for fun days swimming and hanging out. We rented a boat and brought that to the dock easily. If you are looking for a fun getaway for a family, I’d totally recommend this place! Thanks so much!
