Apartment is even more spacious than the photos showed. Sabine was quite responsive and flexible. It’s well located and overall a great value for money! The outside area could be even better with some weeds removed but it was great to enjoy the good weather we got in the weekend.

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment chez Carine et Sébastien. À notre arrivée, le petit mot laissé sur le lit nous a fait énormément plaisir. L’endroit est calme et propice à la détente. La chambre était propre, le lit suspendu est très confortable, et le jacuzzi a été un vrai plus pour se détendre. Nous avons également opté pour un massage en option, ainsi qu’un petit-déjeuner délicieux et copieux. Nous avons profité des activités à proximité, comme la visite du parc du château de Fontainebleau et une balade en barque. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux !

Wonderful experience. Michèle has a very nice house - spacious, stylish, comfortable, lots of amenities (including beds, toys and books for children of different ages), great view, in a good location on the river that's quiet, close to good bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and a late shop. I enjoyed using the kitchen. Parking is easy as well both on the property and on streets nearby. Perfect place to stay at for a visit to the Fontainebleau area. Michèle herself is very nice and helpful. She left very good instructions on the house and some recommendations. I appreciate the information she gave on the sleeping arrangements for children.

Superbe logement, tout est neuf, beau, propre. La cuisine est bien équipée, quelques consommables bien pratiques pour ne pas avoir à ressortir le soir. De quoi petit déjeuner en autonomie le matin. WiFi nickel Hôte accueillant, merci pour l'arrivée tardive ! Seul point à considérer : c'est la rase campagne, pas de livraison possible, il faut donc sortir sur Sens le soir pour les restaurants. Le bonne contrepartie : c'est très calme, de quoi passer une très bonne nuit !

Très bonne expérience, hôte accueillant et logement impeccable. Service cinéma au top et jacuzzi très agréable Manque peut être quelques petits éléments pour parfaire (balai, micro onde, étendoir à linge, canapé) qui pourraient encore améliorer le confort qui est déjà optimal. Nous avions pris le petit déjeuner en supplément pas de regret 👌 Encore merci pour le séjour !

Appartement bien situé dans une zone tranquille, très joli et pourvu de tous les conforts pour un séjour agréable. Place de parking dédié. Propreté parfaite. On avait tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner et les produits de base pour un repas à la maison. Delphine est très gentille et toujours disponible pour toute question. Fortement recommandé

We stayed at the property as we wanted access to all the bouldering in Fontainebleau and this was a perfect location only a 5 minute drive from some of the popular spots. The hosts were so helpful with giving us recommendations for supermarkets and restaurants - we always felt like we could get what we needed. There is also an electric charging point which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment which was perfect for charging our car overnight. Thanks for a lovely stay! :)

Was a great apartment really close to the heart of town. Would definitely recommend.

We spent a week in the apartment. Finding the place was very easy. We used Uber a few times. Check in and out straight forward. The place is as advertised. Entry through courtyard with 2 other apartments all ground level. Place is quite clean and efficient. We didn’t cook but there were a stove and an oven. Espresso maker with pods to use which is great every morning, and kettle for hot water and a variety of tea types available. Enough cupboards for storage with hangers. 2 separate bedrooms. Bathroom with excellent shower and soap and towels. No smoking smell 👍There is a dedicated parking place but we didn’t have a car. Joss was very responsive and answered my texts through rbnb within an hour. Would come back again.

De passage pour déposer notre enfant pour un séjour d’escalade sur Fontainebleau, nous avons passé une très bonne nuit. Une belle chambre, calme, salle de bain et wc indépendants. Lieu beau, tranquille, Hélène et Martial sont très accueillant tout en nous laissant en autonomie, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Petit dej fait maison, feu de cheminée, jolis village. Vraiment super !

Super séjour chez Géraldine. Sa maison est un véritable havre de paix, entourée de nature, parfait pour venir avec les chiens. Géraldine est une hôte très gentille, attentionnée et disponible. On s’y sent tout de suite bien !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Tout était parfait. L'accueil, le confort de la cabane, la propreté, le petit déjeuner de roi, l'environnement calme et apaisant. Je recommande vraiment pour un moment magique et insolite !

Wir suchen immer Unterkünfte, die das Besondere, das Außergewöhnliche haben. Hotels und Zimmer, die sich einander gleichen wie ein Ei dem anderen gibt es wie Sand am Meer. Bei Josette hat man das Gefühl, in einem kleinen Museum zu übernachten. Die Lage ist super, man erreicht in ca. 15 Minuten den Bahnhof Sens, von dem aus man direkt Nonstop mit dem SNCF bis nach Paris fahren kann. In der Nähe (30-60 Minuten mit dem Auto) gibt es viele historische Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wenn man Gast von Josette ist, sollte man sich das tolle Abendessen auf keinen Fall entgehen lassen. Trditionelle französische Küche in Perfektion, uns hat das mehrgängige Abendessen hervorragend geschmeckt, schade war nur, dass wir an 2 Tagen nicht bei Madame essen konnten, da wir längere Ausflüge unternommen hatten. Super week-end chez Emma et Franck, les hôtes sont particulièrement accueillants et chaleureux! Le gîte est prêt de la gare et du centre, très pratique pour ceux qui n'ont pas de voiture, nous reviendrons !!
