We have two docks for fishing and swimming. Relax and enjoy the sun rises and sunsets on beautiful Poverty Point Reservoir.

The house has 2 full bathrooms and a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom’s bathroom. The neighbourhood is very safe. Great location, a very short drive to ULM and to the airport. Eeasy access to major roads, supermarket, banks and shopping centers. The house is fully furnished.

Savage Lane

Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.
