You can walk to Shevans park or drive 5 minutes to downtown Beaufort, 5 minutes to Atlantic beach and 25 min to Cherry Point. Boat ramp access is 2 blocks away (1 min).

The dining room table sits 6. The front porch swing and rocking chairs are perfect for enjoying breezy evenings and quiet mornings.

Water view from the balcony and steps from the pool, beach, and marina! Exercise room, hot tub and steam room are included in the amenities. Condo is very nicely decorated. Three bedrooms-one king bed (organic essentia mattress), one queen bedroom, and two sets of bunk beds with a trundle.
