Originally the grooms accommodation for the historic Hartrigge House , it offers peace and quiet and an amazing homely atmosphere. The building is Grade C listed and accessed by a spiral staircase.Experience wildlife and dark skies from your garden or patio too. Jedburgh is within easy reach so you have the best of both worlds. This is a safe haven for walkers, golfers , fishermen, families and riders alike

Kelso Apartment King Bed + Living room .***

Forestgrove is a Georgian House built in 1837 in a quiet street five minutes walk to Kelso town centre. This is a perfect base to explore the Scottish Borders . Access from the house door you will have the entire basement floor complete with bedroom with shower, separate lounge/living room and WC. Tea, coffee fresh milk facilities are provided free of charge .Couples with small baby or toddler welcome. For work trips or friends travelling there is a sofa bed available £25 extra charge for linen.

Chestnut Cottage, Town Yetholm, Scottish Borders.

The Cottage will appeal to many, it is bright, light and airy with a mix of period and contemporary. The kitchen has modern free-standing, stainless steel style cabinets, which extends into the terraced garden. The upstairs consists of 2 double bedrooms, the front room a lovely sumptuous double bed, the back bedroom another double divan style bed with superior bedding. The Cottage is in Town Yetholm amidst the spectacular scenery of the Cheviot Hills fantastically placed for walking, biking.

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make your trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision

Enjoy tennis, fishing, and easy access to Glentress Mountain Biking Centre, or take a short train ride into Edinburgh for a day in the city.

Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charming, peaceful cottage situated in the heart of the Kale Valley. It is the perfect place to base yourselves either to explore the beautiful Scottish Borders, or to walk the St Cuthbert's Way. The cottage has a spacious kitchen, and sitting room with wood burning stove, downstairs. Upstairs is one bedroom, which can be made up either as a twin or double, and a bathroom. Outside is private garden with table and chairs, and there is ample off-street parking too.

The Nook, Morebattle - 2 bed cottage

Welcome to The Nook, Morebattle - A simple yet cozy cottage retreat in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Nook sits in a friendly and welcoming village which offers a community shop, pub, and easy access to the beautiful footpaths, trails, and towns at the foothills of the Cheviots. Inside you'll find a spacious kitchen diner leading onto a west facing garden, a sitting room, and a shower & drying room. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms with classic interiors and a further bathroom.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Ancient Castle above the River Tweed

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

The Bothy

Situated in a quiet courtyard in the borders town of Coldstream. Ideal for walkers, golfers, fishing or just visiting the historic Scottish borders. Only 4 miles from Flodden battlefield, Kelso 10 miles Berwick 14 miles, Edinburgh less than an hour away. 2 Local pubs to chose from all within 5 minutes walk. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers. The price includes airbnb's charges which I can do nothing about, we charge £70 per night the rest is airbnb commission.
