Fabulous apartment!! Definitely be back thank you :)

We really enjoyed staying at Douglas's place. It is well-furnished, including a well-equipped kitchen, and walkable to many places -- MacDougal's and Hootananny for live music, Eden Court (we were lucky to see Mànran), the walk along the River and the Ness Islands, the Botanic Garden, etc. We greatly appreciated the parking pass (parking at nearby Rainings Stairs public parking is also convenient). This was our favorite stay of our trip to London and Scotland. The apartment is on the top two floors with a wrap-around deck on three sides, offering views of Loch Ness and the surrounding hillside. The kitchen has a large Aga stove, which is perfect in the winter for heating and drying out clothing from rainy adventures. The whole Abbey looks like a Harry Potter movie set, which tied into our other stops on the trip. We used the game rooms at night, and it was a quick walk down a path to town. A real person checks you in and gets you all settled, which is great because we were a little concerned about how to find our unit. This stay was everything we love about an AirBNB over a hotel.

Zuzana as a host went above and beyond. We were traveling with our ten month old and when we arrived there was a high chair, toys, and a pack and play set up. We were extremely thankful for her hospitality. If we are ever in Inverness again we will 100% be using her space.

House was well maintained. Easily to access in a nice quiet surrounding. we enjoyed our stay. highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to local shops, restaurants, and public transit, making it super convenient to explore the area. The space itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, giving it a cozy and welcoming feel. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and fast Wi-Fi, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! The only issue we had was the temperature of the heating, it would get a bit cold in the morning.

Perfect stay with friends and their dogs. Close to restaurants and a great Chinese takeaway. We had afternoon tea at the Dowans Hotel celebrating birthdays , the location was perfect for that. The house itself was fabulous, very clean and had everything we needed. Comfiest of beds too! Would definitely recommend.

Ruth has been an excellent host. They were flexible to my checking in/out requests. The place is clean, the location is excellent. You can see the river from the living room sofa. Ruth is responsive too. A great location to stay and spend your time

Nice place! Everything was great.

Fiona’s place was a really nice base for exploring some of the highlands area. It was about 20-25 minutes by car from Inverness, but the Dingwall area had the basics- breakfast/coffee shops, gas and a supermarket. The place was nice for a family traveling together as there are three beds and a little common area to hang out in. There is a flight of stairs to go up to the apartment if that’s a consideration with luggage but wasn’t a problem for us. Fiona was very responsive and helpful with restaurant recommendations when we asked for them!

Lovely, spacious apartment in a great location. The whole place was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. Very nicely furnished. Bathrooms are great with powerful showers. Lovely outside space to sit out when the sun shines. We’ve stayed in lots of properties in Ballater and this is our favourite.

Great location with easy access to lovely canal walks. Comfy clean apartment, and Julienne was an incredibly helpful host.

We really enjoyed our stay in Jenny's 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor apartment in Grantown-on-Spey. It had everything we needed - a kitchen and all the accessories, hot water, and comfy beds. It was a great base for exploring and hiking in Cairngorms National Park, and near Inverness. David met us and oriented us to the space, and suggested a hike to the Green Loch, which was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Ray and Catriona’s cozy home! It is a great location right across the river and close to the popular restaurants. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the highlands!

We’ve stayed in some very impressive Air B&Bs across the world but this was far and away the most impressive. It was an extraordinary experience staying in the apartment in the old school building. The view from the great windows was breathtaking and everything inside the apartment was so well done - would highly recommend, in fact it’s a Must if coming to Loch Ness & the western Highlands.

Lovely little apartment located in a great spot on the river. We stopped in one night and ended up getting a pint and dinner at the waterfront which was a minute down the road - highly recommend. For the apartment, it was very cozy and served us well. Our experience was enhanced by Rebecca who went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Overall great stay and recommend to all.

Superb, very spacious, thoughtfully and immaculately presented basement flat of family home. Felt private. Super location for walking to local amenities /beach. Mike and Helen have thought through what helps a holiday maker and provided it in the apartment . Communication was v. prompt and helpful. All good!

A lovely flat, beautifully decorated and modern. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. In a great central, yet quiet and private, location in Inverness, the town centre is easily walkable and just a few minutes from the fabulous Hoi Hoi Mei restaurant and a short walk to Eden Court. Car parking permit was a lovely bonus. Yvonne was a great host and we loved our short stay in her flat. Will definitely try and stay again!

We had a great stay in the Crows Nest. the apartment was very clean, well equipped and a good space. Great location for walking into Avimore and a short drive to nearby lochs and mountains. Would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone!

Spacious and comfortable flat near the town centre. Great location and homely feel - felt very comfortable staying in this accommodation.
