We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas. We are in the country! On state highway Route 34B, about halfway between Ithaca (13 miles) and Aurora (14 miles), originally built as a "grandmother" cottage. Located in mid-Finger Lakes, never far from a waterfall. Rural setting, property grows vegetables, flowers, and fruit.
