Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Our 64m2 apartment is located in Moratalaz area, in the eastern outskirts of Madrid. The tourist center (Puerta del Sol) is about 30/40 min away by public transport. You have several bus lines between 200 and 350m :) We are 10 min by car from Atocha (or half an hour by bus) and 15 min from the airport. We hope you enjoy your trip to Madrid staying our accommodation! :)

It´s a great apartment, it was recently remodeled and turned into a modern and comfortable home. The location is perfect to enjoy Madrid, in a quiet and safe neighborhood but very close by to the best Madrid´s attractions and resturants and very well communicated by public transportation or just to walk around Madrid.
