As soon as you walk into this beautiful and inviting home, you feel instant warmth and comfort. TRULY had every amenity you could want, with snacks and water as a bonus. Every room was spotless with clean and crisp bedding and the furniture throughout is comfortable and functional… Overall, it’s a fantastic place to spend quality time with family and friends. The housee was located at the end of a small, quite neighborhood, the yard was cared for and the backyard looks out onto trees beyond the yard which is very peaceful. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The host provided all information needed in advance, no need to message the host with questions. The only two downsides we had was that there was only one small sized pan, no ther pans or pots for cooking, so we chose to eat out for all meats due to cooking with only one pan would be difficult. There was also only one role of toilet paper per bathroom, with four people and a four day stay we used all the toilet paper, having one spare available would have been nice. Overall happy with our stay, would book there again! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home, beats a hotel any day.

I hosted a girls weekend at Shirley’s property. It was perfect for the 6 of us. The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast and the living room was an amazing space to relax and all hang out in. All the rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. I would absolutely stay again with a group.

The house was so comfortable! We enjoyed playing in the backyard, roasting s'mores at the fire pit, having a game of disc golf, cooking in the kitchen, making yummy coffees, eating at the dining table, watching tv with lots of streaming options, and even listening to the trains. Great house for a family. Close to all the best golf courses as well.

This place was perfect for our weekend golfing in the area. We played at Pinehurst, Longleaf, Pine Needles, Tot Hill Farm, and Tobacco Road. Every course was a reasonable drive from this spot with the furthest being Tot which was worth the 1 hr drive. This place is easy to find, in a great location for restaurants, groceries, and golf. We ate at 715 Bar and Grill when we got into town (great wings). We also enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and easy parking of the house. The place was very clean with everything you need. Plenty of soap and towels in the bathrooms. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Nice couch and chairs with a good sized TV in the living room. Kitchen with plenty of cookware and some nice stools. We even were able to do a load of laundry which was an unexpected perk! Easy to check-in and out. I would definitely recommend this place for your next trip to the area.

We had all of the grown children and grandchildren gather here for Thanksgiving. This type of home is really hard to find, so we were thrilled to have 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The beds and bedding were also lovely. Again, it's hard to find a king and 4 queens as well as air mattresses available for guests to use. We rented both units (the whole house), but I didn't think the listing made it clear that the downstairs unit is not accessible from the inside of the house. It worked out just fine, but it's good to know up front. Having 2 full kitchens and refrigerators was very helpful for us since we brought all of our holiday food. The upstairs unit has a spacious living room and the kitchen/dining area worked well for a big group. It was also so helpful to have our dogs welcomed. The neighborhood is very quiet and enjoyable - with walking trails nearby. Overall we had a great time and felt there were many little extras provided that made our stay pleasant.

Lindsay’s property is awesome, great place to wander amongst the horses and hang out with the barn cats! And of course the breakfast is amazing!

I must say, the photos don’t do this Air BnB justice. They certainly capture what you’ll get, but the spaciousness is completely lost in the pics. This truly is a beyond amazing place to stay. Actually had the opportunity to meet Jeff, and he is incredibly gracious. I’m now trying to think of reasons to visit Sanford. The whole historical downtown area is wonderful. Hope to visit again and stay in this Air BnB!

Great stay! Super close to everything within town so able to walk to all the nearby spots! Building success was super easy with keypad locks. Laundry was very convenient and the house was very quiet the entire time we were there. Would absolutely stay again.

Amy and her husband Weibe were very helpful and friendly. Perfect location for 2 weeeks of cycling in North Carolina. The dogs 🐕, cats 🐈 and horses 🐎 were great and always there to greet us ... of course feeding them helped them warm up to us.

Great place, walk out to broad st, downtown southern pines and enjoy the amazing place and all it has to offer.

Wonderful 1-night stay, at a very nice condo along the fairway. Look forward to visiting again, when in the Pinehurst area.

We have stayed at Barbra's place several times and always find it great. Barbra is very responsive and the place is clean and well located for our golf tournaments. Plenty of room to stretch out in a couple of large recliner chairs. Nice location on a golf course. Everything worked fine and the pantry was well stocked with incidentals. We have stayed in the area multiple times and this is our choice to return to each year.

Anja’s place felt like home, from the time we arrived to the time we left it truly felt like home. The place was well prepared and we did not want for nothing. The surrounding area was so peaceful and beautiful. The condo was very clean and updated. This is definitely going to be our go to spot when we are in the area again. Great location surrounded by Pinehurst No. 3, easy walk to the clubhouse, Thistle Dhu & The Cradle. Everything was easy, clean and we'll communicated so we could just focus on our trip and spending time together. The condo is spacious and nicely appointed.

Been going to Pinehurst for years. Came in a night early this time and stayed at Eki's condo. Hotel shuttles make it very accessible. 15 minute walk to the Carolina. The place was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Washer/dryer was great to have as well. Highly recommend for 1/2 people.

Amazing stay! Barbara was very responsive, kind, and cared how my stay was at her condo. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Lovely house in a nice neighborhood, we will be back!
