Great location, central & walking distance to everything in Moonee Ponds yet apartment is tucked away in a quiet street. Owner is very friendly, responsive & keeps the place clean & tidy. Spacious for a one bedroom apartment & great value. Will definitely stay here again!

Really good place, nice and tidy. Everything described as is. Easy to get to wherever you need as the train and tram stops are quite close. Good and quick communication in regard to giving any updates or if we had any questions. Had no issues.

Overall this was the most interesting Airbnb I’ve been to, it was very chill and close to a lot of shops and very walking distance friendly. There was a lot in the apartment to explore very vibey and would recommend to others, the bed was also very comfortable especially with an ac in the room. Overall loved this Airbnb and would definitely book again

Loved staying here! I accidentally booked my original accommodation for the wrong month but I’m thankful I was able to book this spot last minute. The team had a quick response time + super helpful. The apartment is beautiful and conveniently in waking distance to trams and shops.

We had a lovely stay and very much enjoyed the pet friendly vibe. Melanie was super lovely throughout the booking and answered any questions we had immediately. A lovely welcome when we arrived and the private courtyard area for our puppy was perfect. The home was clean and very tidy, and the courtyard was perfect for relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to stay there again in the future!

Marina is a good host. Her place is good value for money. Very nice location, close to river and park. Good place to jog ot go for a long walk along the river. Great view from balcony. Few minutes walk to the Highpoint mall. Close to Airport and CBD. Lots of cafes around (10 mins drive). Can easily fit 13 guests. Overall a very good experience. 5 star 🌟.

**Review: 4.5/5** I recently stayed at this charming Airbnb for 10 days and had a wonderful experience. The home beautifully blends old-world charm with modern conveniences, making it a unique and comfortable place to unwind. The kitchen is a standout feature, fully equipped and perfect for cooking meals. Both bathrooms are lovely and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the home. One of the highlights was the ample space inside, with three separate lounge rooms that provided plenty of room for relaxation and gathering with friends and family. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Additionally, there are plenty of car spaces available, which made parking a breeze. While the ducted heating was a lovely touch, I did notice there was no cooling system. This is something to consider if you're planning to visit during the summer months, as it could get quite warm.

We had a wonderful stay with Jade. The space was tidy and thoughtfully set up, making it very comfortable and easy to settle into. All the essentials were provided, and small touches throughout the home made the stay feel even more special. The location was also very convenient — close to everything we needed, yet quiet and peaceful. Communication with the Jade was smooth and reassuring, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We’re very grateful for the care put into this place and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay at the villa. The kids loved the pool and the host (Thomas) was extremely accommodating. He even left our 3yr old boy a gift for this bday. The villa was clean and everything worked well. If we return to Melbourne, we will be booking the same villa. 10/10

Trang was extremely helpful and responsive. She allowed an early check in and late checkout which was so helpful to me and my family. The house was well maintained and all amenities as described. I would recommend staying here and will return.

we really enjoyed Kate's place. The bed was Devine!!! Slept so well, was meant to check what type of mattress it was so I could get one 😁😁😁😁 We had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. If we're back in the area, we will be hoping to book in at Kate's place.

Beautiful, family friendly house in a great location. Loved how walkable everything was (supermarkets, restaurants etc). My family loved the basketball court and how much space we all had. Hosts were very kind and had wonderful communication.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

Wicked location for footy fans and great host. The penthouse had awesome balcony with amazing views. Apartment was clean and tidy and had all the amenities. Will definitely be staying again when we are back in Melbourne.

Andrew's place is lovely - very modern, clean, and has all the modcons you need. Check-in was very easy and flexible. The location is fantastic, right near tram stops and Queen Vic markets. The place is very reasonably priced for how nice it is. The apartment building has a nice gym/pool/sauna area too. We were very happy with our stay and definitely recommend it to other guests. This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay, the apartment was pristine, the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Views from the apartment are spectacular especially at night. Area felt safe and well lit, there’s a supermarket literally downstairs in the same building and located just around the corner from the tram stop with a whole lot of restaurants and cafes near by. Yes the key lockbox is across the road but instructions to find it was very clear and Selina was very responsive in any questions I had

Toni has been one of the most welcoming hosts we’ve had. She was very accommodating and responsive to messages. The apartment itself was great and was at a good location with a tram stop right outside. We had a wonderful stay!
