We loved our stay here. Avinash from the get go was super prompt in communication and cordial. A huge shout out to Anthony , super friendly and helpful during our stay. And a special mention to the food we ate , it was so refreshing to finally have a piece of coastal cuisine that was exactly like what we grew up on. My suggestion to anybody staying here , order from their kitchen … it’s amazing ! 😊❤️

It was a wonderful stay. Clean, neat and safe place. WiFi with very good connectivity, secured lock facility, Kitchen accesories ( refrigerator, cutleries, induction stove) really stood out. Book lovers will truly enjoy the wonderful collection of books made available to the guests. A lovely balcony to sip a cup of tea and enjoy the lake view which is just opposite the house. Two restaurants nearby viz. Shri Shankar Bhavan and 24 Carat are exceptionally good - Thanks to Saurabh for referring us to the fine dine. All the beaches are closeby within a range of 20 kms which made us get a beautiful view of Sunrise (Suratkal beach) and Sunset (Padubidri beach). Never miss visiting Kapu beach during evening hours. Overall a very good experience. I would definitely recommend this place for a lovely stay.

Stayed for 2 days. Good place to relax and enjoy with family. Property is hardly 100 metres to see and have sea view from bed room, living room and kitchen as well. Staffs are friendly and supportive. One thing to improve is the lift which makes sound while closing and opening. Recommended for someone who wants to relax away from city hustle.

We stayed in this airbnb for 2N3D. We travelled with little kids and parents. So we had a unique need for a kitchen where we didn't want to feed outside food for our 2 yr old. Here is the overall feedback on the property: 1. This home is a testament to how one could build their vacation home. I would say this could be used as a model home to build a vacation home. One could argue they would have as swimming pool etc , but I would baseline this home as a very good to have and sky is always the limit of what one would aspire for 2. The home had everything that one would look for in a "home". Kitchen is fully equipped with a ton of utensils, plates, crockery etc, washing machine detergent, good number of comforters, well functional ACs, dining table, excellent sofa. 3. The home is super spacious and one would enjoy the space and peaceful living in this area. 4. Chethan(host) is very friendly, he advised me on what things I could take care of while travelling with kids.

We loved our stay at this little gem. Highly recommended for a quiet holiday. 1. Location wise, the home is away from any amenities and off the main road too. It is about a 20 minute walk to the main road through a beaten little pathway, and a 10 minute drive to the local shops. The home neighbours palm tree plantations all around. The home runs parallel to a river, which is perfect for swimming, reclining on the nice comfortable arm chairs and just hanging about. 2. The kitchen has the basic pots/ pans/ ladels/ tableware. 3. We went there mid April, the heat was manageable. But being from Goa, we are more tolerant to high humidity and heat. The bedrooms have a ceiling fan and a pedestal, we opened the windows through the night to cross ventilate the home. They have mosquito nets on all the windows, so that was great. 3. The housekeeper came did a great job tidying up. 4. All communication was prompt was exacting. We had a wonderful relaxed stay here and it was perfect for us.

Perfectly located Apartment with good view. Host Sandeep was very nice and friendly. Apartment was very well maintained and also had a good restaurant in the same building. It was perfect for my stay with family

Nikhil and his family were very proactive, welcoming and even went out of their way for any help or assistance needed. Truly made it a peaceful and wonderful stay. Would highly recommend for an unwinding, comfortable and sweet experience.
