Our newly built, modern cabin offers a secluded and relaxing retreat in Union, Maine. With the high ceilings, open floor plan, and many windows, guests are surrounded by natural light and forest views. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and an outdoor grill and fire pit. Walking trails connect the cabin to our farm next door, where you can visit with our horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, and ducks. We are just 25 minutes from the Midcoast's shops, restaurants, and beaches.

Maybelle the Tiny Cabin on 100 acres

Maybelle is an 8x18 cabin with a full-size loft bed, a Cubic Mini Woodstove (wood provided), Natures Head Composting Toilet and Jetsetter massaging hot tub. Kayaks, paddle board, & canoe included . Hiking trails (some solar lit) surround your cabin. Outside is a fire pit and a quick path to the water. Maybelle's kitchen has all the cooking essentials and there's a small propane grill outside & the fire pit for cooking. Cell reception is okay in the cabin, wifi is from a Starlink booster!

A peaceful and scenic setting amidst hay fields in Palermo, ME, a rural location in Waldo County. Central and Mid-coast Maine travel distances (mi.): Waterville: 20; Rockland: 34; Augusta: 24; Belfast:26. The building's lower apartment is dedicated to Airbnb guests. Notes: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises! Evening restaurant options are available only in the locations listed above. There are six entrance steps. Majestic private waterfront Tipi * on a lake. Quiet nature oasis with hot tub, woodstove, firepit, modern grill, and all the essentials. Ice skate or xc-ski across the frozen lake and watch the bald eagles fly overhead, or relax in the Adirondack chairs in front of the bonfire while you make smores and cook dinner on the grill or over the open fire, then snuggle up inside the tipi while you listen to vintage vinyl and let the owls hoot you to sleep. *Tipi closed March-April.

The cabin features a king bed on the main level, a cozy wood stove, and a wrap-around cedar deck for coffee, reading, and stargazing. Camden and Rockland are about 25 minutes away, and Belfast is about 30 minutes.

Birch Hill Cabin is set on the side of a hill, surrounded by almost 8 acres of woods. The cabin is 288 square feet, and the bathroom is detached and located approximately 20 feet from the cabin. A hot tub is conveniently located off the deck for ultimate relaxation! This cabin is tucked away, surrounded by nature! But also conveniently located to so many wonderful spots in the Midcoast! Come enjoy the peace and quiet, where you can rest and recharge!

Modern Home on Working Farm

Modern duplex built recently across the street from a small berry and vegetable farm. This fully furnished home has a large deck with a great view. It is located 2.5 miles from Freedom village and the Lost Kitchen restaurant. It is also 8 miles from Unity College, and the Common Ground Fair fairgrounds. This single story building has a ramp, but it is slightly steeper then current standards. The inside is also laid out for wheelchair access.

SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

Belfast Ocean Front Cottage
