We’d loved the place. We was just staying with some friends for our anniversary and it was perfect. Layout was definitely cheaper than buying two hotel rooms. The place was clean, if I had any questions, the host always responded back within 15 minutes. Talk to their housekeeper even one evening she was super nice, very down to earth. Would definitely stay at this place again. I rate them five out of five.

The rental has everything you need for a short or long stay. Thoughtfully appointed with a comfortable bed and fun artwork. As a bonus it was a nice surprise to find goodies waiting for us in fridge plus a good selection of coffee for the Keurig. We would be happy to return!

It was very nice and clean!!!! Very close to all of our activities that we came to houston for. We did buy some extra pillows instead of the ones they had and we left them there for the next guests! thanks for welcoming us!!!!🤍

I stayed with Lisa for about 3.5 months and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I’m a young girl and needed a safe place to stay for work. I couldn’t have picked a better place. The bed was so comfortable, the place was cutely decorated, and everything I needed was there. Lisa herself was wonderful to be around and very friendly! She would always respond fast and help me with anything I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an Airbnb in HTX!

Gorgeous home and very relaxing Perfect to spend a vacation close to the beach

Selia was charming and responsive! Room was ready early and she made sure to let us know. She was there to let us in and show us around the property, and all the amenities. The property is an oasis in the heart of the city. We’re staying again at Xmas!

This is a beautiful Air BNB with everything you will need. The place is very spacious with a large living and dining area to spread out in. As well the apartment has tons of wonderful light and windows. The neighborhood is very quiet and parking was easy and free on the street. Mitja was super friendly and available if we needed anything. Great place to stay!

This bungalow is super clean, beautifully decorated with the perfect amount of everything you need. The esthetic is so perfect. Elliott’s Table at the end of the street is FABULOUS! Local bar behind you as well and it’s perfect. Walkable. Everything you need, all in 1 spot.

Peaceful beautiful space, hosts were friendly and attentive This is a great place for short stays as you can easily and affordably Uber/Lyft to downtown. Also great transition space when you're looking for a temp place to do your research before deciding on the neighborhood you want to move to. 😁😁😁

The visual instructions for how to enter the unit we're some of the clearest I've ever encountered on Airbnb, and I really appreciated that. the kitchen was well-equipped, and Phuong thoughtfully left some water and snacks. The bed is super comfortable! I really loved the neighborhood- nice walking paths and trees.

This place made our stay so enjoyable! We were very pleased with the cleanliness as we are germaphobes. Everything you need is right there and the hosts are so helpful and kind. We had our small dog with us and the yard was so much fun for him to freely and safely explore after being kenneled for the time we were away. The comfort of this stay was unmatched. The furniture and fixtures made it so you feel right at home. Attention to detail makes it stand out! Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Millard was a great host — very responsive and easy to communicate with. We felt right at home and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Wow! I do not even know where to start. Elena & Erik were super communicative before we arrived at their spot! When we arrived, the instructions given super accurate and clear. There is a little free library in front of their house, which is just adorable!! We walked in the guest house to find a personalized note for our visit, which was such a nice touch. The place is PERFECT & utilizes space well and had more than what we were expecting. The outside & garden is just oh so beautiful!!!! We walked outside and got mesmerized and stayed out for a while just relaxing. I have never been to a more peaceful and welcoming Airbnb. I feel like all my anxiety disappeared. I will always try to book here for every Houston trip I ever will have. Elena & Erik are incredibly lovely, and I would recommend that everyone request to see Bruno, their dog as well who loves playing fetch. Jon & I really appreciate our stay and the talks we had with you both!!!! We will be back.

Absolutely loved our stay. The neighborhood was one of the older ones in Houston, but everything was extremely close, the neighborhood felt safe and we were simply a few blocks from the expressway and one of the main arteries for Houston. The house was extremely clean, it was beautiful inside and well kept, well maintained and she even had clean towels for us. Kitchen had everything we needed, including a very nice Mr. Coffee coffee maker for my morning coffee. The place was extremely secure with a lock for the entrance to the compound and instructions were easy to follow and direct and to the point. Whenever we had a question for Kelli she responded within minutes if not sooner. All in all, five stars all around. In fact, we will probably be staying with her again in the near future. My stay here was amazing! Quiet and safe area! They have private parking, so you don't have to worry about finding parking. Private entrance, everything was inside Airbnb was labeled. Clean sheets was a plus! Communication with Ben was easy and fast response. I will definitely be back!

Prompt communication with any questions I had before and during our stay. Blanche is very detailed, including photos and videos of checking in leaving nothing to guess. Interior is exactly as photographed and squeaky clean. It was actually a little larger than I expected. Comfortable and stylish yet cozy and warm with older building charm. We took an Uber wherever we had to go, leaving our car in the safe parking behind the locked gate. If we didn’t eat out, we had food delivered with zero problems and quick delivery. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again if a I had an event downtown.

Nicole’s place was perfection from start to finish! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a beautiful welcome sign, thoughtful snacks, and a home that was absolutely spotless — I mean, spic-and-span like a model home clean. Every single detail was so well thought out, you could feel the care she put into making the stay special. The bathrooms were pristine, the kitchen gleamed, and don’t even get me started on the bed — it was heavenly! I slept like royalty and honestly didn’t want to leave the comfort of that mattress. Nicole herself was a dream host — super responsive, incredibly friendly, and a true expert on everything Houston has to offer. The neighborhood was peaceful, Ubers were cheap, and we were close to everything we wanted to do. This was hands-down one of the BEST Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. As long as Nicole’s unit is available, I won’t even think about staying anywhere else in Houston. 1000/10 recommend — she set the bar pretty high!

My wife and I stayed at Kevin's for a weekend getaway and his place was perfect. It's a cozy 1 bedroom apartment above a detached garage, which accommodated my wife and me very comfortably. The neighborhood is well kept and felt very safe. Having a dedicated covered parking area was nice to have. The Lyft ride to the downtown restaurants was about $8. 100% would stay here again if we find ourselves back in town.

Cozy, private, and peaceful! Comfy bed, loved the all black shower (very chic). Full kitchen to cook if you want but DoorDash is an easy grab if you don’t want to cook. Air conditioning + fans in each room is VERY helpful during Texas summers or otherwise hot seasons. Lots of hangers and closet space to hang your clothes.

I stayed a couple of nights. I had to drive to restaurants but Randy had some snacks and beverages available. I enjoyed the bathtub very much and the neighborhood was secure, clean & safe. Quite too. I definitely recommend for a single or couple to stay.

It would deserve six stars out of five. This was the best Airbnb I ever stayed in the USA. Very clean and cheerful with lots of windows. Comfortable bed. The gated parking is great because the streets in the Heights are narrow. Clay communicated clearly and in a timely manner. The area has a lot of interesting-looking restaurants. I would definitely return.

A beautiful place and amazing stay! I was there for a month and it was perfect with everything I needed. Homeowners are genuinely nice, friendly, and great people. They welcomed me and made the experience one of the best. Highly recommend:)

As a solo traveler, I felt incredibly comfortable and safe at Toby’s Airbnb. The property itself was beautiful, along with the rest of the neighborhood. Extremely walkable! I was in town for work and many of the places recommended to me by locals were within a 10-15 minute drive from the Airbnb. I also attended a concert that was just a 2 minute drive down the street. The area is excellent for food and activities. I would definitely book this Airbnb again!
