This easy stopover is just off either main hiway through Montrose. It has all the usual home amenities. Free parking, WiFi, monitor, printer, new queen beds, full kitchen, new laundry. It is situated within two blocks of the Montrose County Fairgrounds, shops, coffee, pubs, City walking path, play area, and restaurants. Use this house as a home base for adventures to the Black Canyon National Park (12 minutes away), San Juans Mountains completing business, meetups, or family get togethers .

Relax, our home is comfy with a 70" Smart TV in the livingroom as well as a 40" TV in the King bedroom and ONLY 2 Miles to downtown* Total of 2 bedrooms 1 bath, living room, mini kitchen and front patio. Also included a beanbag bed if you need a 4th bed. Just open it and unfold it into a bed. **Available on request a PAC N PLAY & highchair. This is a duplex style with no shared spaces. This fully furnished charming cabin was designed to be cozy with the rich woods of an Arts & Crafts designed interior. Located on a horse property, with Spring Creek running behind the cabin, and Buzzard Gulch trailhead at one end of the road with BLM at the other, this location is the perfect home base to enjoy all this area has to offer or snuggle in for a weekend. Bike ride/hike the local trails by day and watch the Milky Way while enjoying an artisan fire pit by night!

Bird House

The “bird house” is a 120 year old bird themed carriage house! It is an open space concept with 20ft ceilings in half and a master loft on the other. It shares a yard with what once was a Catholic Church and the church rectory(both are now private residences). The backyard is very private with a green house and patio perfect for morning coffee. The owner’s live in the main home with very friendly dogs that also use the yard(young bernadoodle and geriatric Sheppard). Enjoy!

Cozy Downtown Bears Den

Enjoy a unique Colorado escape to this newly renovated tiny carriage house. The space has everything you need and nothing that you don’t. Within the walls of The Bears Den you will find an intimate and inviting space. Comfy queen under twin bunk bed arrangement. Enjoy a functional kitchen equipped with a mini fridge/freezer, a 2 burner stove top, with a toaster oven and a keurig etc. Small dining area for two and a full size shower and bathroom with essentials.
