Christopher and Heidi's place was amazing! I would recommend it to anyone- it was clean, easy check in, and all around great to stay in. They were very proactive hosts, and sent all information ahead of time.

My experience was beyond amazing. Nikki was thoughtful, accommodating, and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was the best it could be. Situated in a beautiful area of Lake Ariel, the house had everything and more in terms of amenities. I would recommend this house to any and everyone looking for a fun and peaceful trip to Lake Ariel!

Host responded very quick and was very pleasant This home is about a 15-30 minute drive from restaurants and stores The neighborhood is gorgeous and we had deer come right up to the back patio several times. All of the neighbors were very friendly 2 big beds, 2 pullout couches and a bunk bed. Several car garage, Fire Pit, Barbecue. Working kitchen, good sized fridge, washer and dryer.

The house was so cozy and welcoming. The weather was not great so we stayed in most of the weekend and just hung out, watched movies and cooked dinner and had everything we needed. There were 5 of us, with another 6 staying in another nearby air bnb. We had Thanksgiving in our house and found everything we needed to cook. Seating was a bit challenging, but we made it work and it was very comfortable. The location is in the woods with lots of boulders and rocks, which we all loved. We found the place easily using GPS. Everyone’s bed was comfy. Close enough to what we wanted, just far enough away to make it an adventure. Because it was so cold and grey, we didn’t hike, but saw plenty of opportunities (maybe next time?!)

We loved our time at this beautiful cottage! We have been to lots of Airbnb’s, and most have been a good experience. This cottage was something more. We both felt instantly relaxed when we walked in the door. It was so cozy and comfortable. We slept great in the comfy bed. The pictures can’t describe the feeling of the place. Warm, cozy, peaceful, inspiring, comfortable, quiet and truly rejuvenating. I will be making a trip to the area again as soon as possible, just to stay in this cabin retreat.

The location is amazing—the house is set on a hill, which gives you a stunning view. The host was very helpful, provided clear instructions, and gave us a lot of great recommendations that made our trip even better. Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay. It was a great quick weekend trip out of the city. This was our first time upstate and the location of Donna’s home was perfect. We had such a great time and would love to come back in the future.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I ever had! it was truly a gift to be able to stay in one of its oldest homes in Kingston’s Stockade District. Walkable, peaceful, historic. The attention to detail in the home is truly exquisite. The literary scene at the bookstore around the corner was a highlight. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful spacious home on hill with a mountain range view. The host told us about a hike that started in the neighborhood and it led to a pond and creek, which our whole family loved. Then Kingston restaurants were a very short drive to enjoy. The host left little snacks which I thought was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed.

Served our needs perfectly. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower. Small kitchen, but had everything we needed. I requested a replacement pan for cooking eggs and Candice had a nice one shipped overnight from Amazon. Quiet safe neighborhood with a nice park nearby. Good experience all around.

The villa is exactly as promised. It’s on a hill overlooking the Hudson with great views and outdoor space. It’s dog friendly with a fenced in yard, a wonderful feature for dogs and people. We were there for a family wedding so did not make full use of the outdoor spaces, but the pool and fire pit are very inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable and we enjoyed lounging in the living room with tv football games. The location is a short walk from downtown Coxsackie for coffee and treats. You should know that access to front door is up about 12 or so steps but there was a railing if anyone has mobility issues. We would return if we were to come back to the area. Lakpa is super responsive.

The AK Lodge was perfect for our multi family, with plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Having private bathrooms in each bedroom was great. Justyna was very responsive and always answered any questions within minutes. We will defiantly be back.

I would highly recommend Edward's 5 star home. I had a group of 18 people for a retreat. A beautiful, quiet, relaxing home with all of the accommodations that was a hit, the hot tub, sauna, double stoves, big open concept areas that we all be together, game room, outside seating, private pond and grill. The bedrooms were large and very spacious. Edward described the home perfectly. The house was very clean. Edward gave us great instructions and he let me know that he was available, if needed. We will definitely try to get his place next year and would highly recommend to everyone.

The house was perfect for our retreat — spacious, peaceful, and with a beautiful garden. The yoga room is fantastic and made a big difference for our group. We highly recommend it! Just one small note: be mindful with noise, as the neighbors are quite close. Other than that, everything was truly ideal for our retreat.

The place is breathtaking. Located in an incredible land with awesome trails is a marvelous house nicely decorated and amazing rooms. We had an incredible time with my family that we will remember forever. Many thanks to Paula. Always there and really helpful with everything.

Alexander’s place is as described and look like the pictures. We stayed for one week end with friends to enjoy one day skiing and it was great! We had some trouble making the sauna and pool work at the beginning but Alexander sent someone to help quickly which was much appreciated 3’ drive from the slopes of Hunter and enough space to comfortably fit 12 people Would definitely recommend for a week end between friends or a big family reunion Thank you!
