Fantastic spot to spend the weekend. If you are hoping for peaceful stay, make sure to book here! Pamela thought of everything and had so many little touches that made the stay comfortable.

Neil's place was perfect for us. we went to a concert at the Jefferson and it was walking distance. in fact, downtown is walking distance. It's a great location. It's also right across the street from a brewery that has great beer and a friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was so nice. Great place to stay!

Everything was great! Even when I couldn’t figure out how to lock the door, I called and he walked me through it with no problem!

Neil's condo is always clean and comfortable. I have stayed here many times and will stay again next time I'm in town!

Place was exactly as described. Quite spacious, amazing location close to campus & downtown, and well stocked with essentials. I appreciated a cold refrigerator stocked with water. Private entrance was very convenient as I came & went a lot during my stay.

Stayed here for my son’s graduation from VA Tech this weekend. Was a great location. A short drive to both campus and town! Very cute and private with a nice deck.

This house is in some beautiful country. I was in the area for a tough work assignment and this little home was a great place to get clean do my laundry and cook nutritious meals. It was less expensive than any hotel in the area with waaay better emenities. 10/10 would stay again

Great place for a larger group to stay during a Hokies game! Not fancy, but was clean and had enough bedrooms. TV doesn't have streaming abilities (no Netflix, etc). It's far from campus, but the price made the location worth while.

The house was beautiful inside and out. It is a very well maintained home. The house definitely stands out on the street that it's on. The front yard is very well groomed, as well as the backyard, which was also very private and made us feel at home. The home actually gave my wife and me some decoration encouragement for our home. Our host was very responsive to all my questions and made our stay very easy and comfortable. If I had any any suggestions, it would be to have a binder of clear cut rules and instructions for the home and what should be done with the bedding before checkout. I wasn't completely sure if we should have washed the bedding and remade the beds or not. Other than that we could not have been happier with our choice of homes to stay in. Great place to stay for visiting Virginia tech or the Blacksburg/Christiansburg area.

We had an amazing time staying at the property. The house was newly renovated and pristine and made us feel right at home immediately! We were able to check out some local restaurants, mountain bike trails and do some road cycling right from the house on some amazingly quiet roads! Highly recommend!

The guys really enjoyed their stay at the house.
