Overall we had a great stay. The home was cozy and comfortable with all amenities we needed. The backyard was roomy for the kids to play; the only downside is the busy road behind the house. The hosts were very responsive, and the house was supplied with what we needed.

Sonshine & her husband Mike were such great host! We ran into just some slight issues throughout the stay that are out of everyone’s control but they were very prompt and tentative at fixing the issues. We loved the property! It has a big back yard, plenty of parking and everything you would need to have a wonderful stay. We loved it so much that we booked again in July and will probably book many more times in the future. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay! See you soon!

This is my second time staying at this house and it was just as perfect as the first it is very close to town but in a beautiful private area. Morgan has made sure that you have everything that you need and the home is just beautiful. I will continue to look for this location when I come back to see family. I highly recommend staying here.

The hosts made sure we had everything we needed for a short trip, they provided complimentary toiletries and had SNACKS!! And water which made my sons day after a long trip from San Diego to visit our oldest son. The house is very cute and clean. Towels are also provided which we appreciated very much along with wash cloths and disposable toothbrushes. The house and neighborhood was very quiet, private and peaceful and the check in and out process was so easy. Thank you for your hospitality. Definitely recommend your cute home for others, it’s located in a great area not too far from restaurant and Fort Campbell.

Great host and place! Within close walking distance to Broadway/Bridgestone arena and about not too far from The Gulch. The apartment was clean, organized and met all our needs. We will definitely be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay... everything was exactly as described in the listing. The unit was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. The private balcony was a nice touch, and the in unit washer and dryer made things super convenient. The building amenities were a highlight. Loved the pool area, fire pits, beautiful views of the city. The location couldn’t be better... just a few minutes walk to Broadway, and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Music City! I'd absolutely come back!

We loved everything about the unit. Very clean, modern and furniture was all extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Linda was great! Even had snacks and food to make for breakfast. The shower had GREAT water pressure! Bed and couches were very comfortable. The weather was pretty rainy the whole time so it was nice that she even had an umbrella for us by the door!

The apartment was the perfect location for a performance at the Fisher Center combined with a visit with my Belmont University student. The grocery store was within walking distance and the kitchen was well equipped to cook a meal. The host was easy to work with. We appreciated the homey decor and the immense attention to detailed needs any guest may have.

Beautiful stay!! This place is a hidden gem within 15 minutes of the bustle of Nashville. Very comfortable and cozy, great place to work, very peaceful surroundings.
