Katerina was a great host and her place is lovely. Very well appointed, with the kinds of high end finishings you don't normally see in rental properties in this area. Clean, responsive, great experience all around.

We really enjoyed staying at Rob and Amanda’s place! The living room and dining area were spacious, the kitchen was brand new, and the bedrooms were comfortable. We especially loved the neighborhood. We had our 4 month old with us and there were always tons of families out walking and we were able to get takeout from the two restaurants that were each a half block away when we didn’t have the energy to go out for food or cook. The noise did not bother us or our daughter. We put her in the middle bedroom, which faces a back courtyard, and we slept in the back bedroom. The front bedroom probably has some street noise (as mentioned in the listing) but we really did not notice anything. For parking, my husband would usually just drop us off and go park. It never took him more than 5 or 10 minutes of looking to find a spot within a few blocks.

Wonderful location, walkable to delicious coffee spots (Fiore), adorable shopping and gift ideas (Cloud 9 Clay), many food options (Laser Wolf) and down the street from Indigo bikes to cruise around town. Clean space, painted in bright lively colors with an overall feeling of creative serenity. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Enmanuel!

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

Great house and easy ride into Philly. Close to all the colleges, but not in an area with college kid houses. Great back yard for kids.

Ellie is very responsive and helpful. The house is comfy and cozy. Street parking is easy. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to navigate and lots to do close by. I extended my stay.

We had a great stay here and Angela was very easy to communicate with. Great places to visit such as The Franklin Institute and The Please Touch Museum for a kids were super short drives away.

I enjoyed my stay with Nikki , she responded fast and we loved the area!

The apartment is a nice size and has a full size kitchen. Timothy gave detailed instructions on checking in to the place. It is in a quiet area. If you are looking for a place to feel like home while on the road, I recommend his apartment.

Top tier, place I would definitely recommend if you’re in the Jenkintown area

It was my second stay at "The Flat". I felt like home from the beginning. It's a nice apartment with comfortable bed, inviting living room and a nice view. Sarah was always available and super friendly and helpful. The area is safe and the train station is only a 2 min walk away where the train departs for the city center. Also good connection to the airport or 30th Street which is the main station to cities like New York. I loved staying there and hope I will be back soon. Absolutely recommendable.

Best recommendation we can give is that on our next visit to Philadelphia , we want to stay at Thomas' location.

Anna's home was GREAT! It more than fit my needs and was very comfortable, quiet and peaceful during my stay. There are no surprises with this rental property as the owners do a wonderful job describing it accurately and providing current pictures that are reflective of the property and surroundings. Samantha's place was perfect for our recent visit for our daughter's Capstone presentation. We love staying right in BrynMawr right by her house with so many fun restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apartment is on a quiet street too which was nice for sleeping! The apartment is well stocked and Samantha's visitors guide is very well done. We walked both mornings over on the Haverford trail and stopped for coffee at La Colombe on our way back. I would definitely stay here again if available!

After an unpleasant (and unsafe) experience at a different AirBnb earlier in our trip, Bruce's place was exactly what were looking for. It was a breath of fresh air. The apartment was clean, spacious and safe (easy keyless entry) and was convenient for us to get where we needed to go during our stay. There were plenty of amenities, as advertised. Bruce was easy to get a hold of, if needed, and communication was always friendly and pleasant. We would definitely recommend this listing for those looking for a great spot in the city!

Great stay at Hala's. The place was clean, spacious, and airy, and we felt right at home. Nice suburban location,, quick to the city and surrounding suburbs.

Great location with coffee shops, restaurants and stores nearby. Plenty of street parking and easy access to other neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Kristen is a great host and responded to questions right away. My husband and I were in Philadelphia for my son’s birthday, would stay at Kristen’s place on a future visit.

We stayed at Andi’s for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was a dream! Fun decor, beautiful bathrooms and amazing outdoor space. Andi was a great host, very responsive and accommodating.

Erik’s place was great! It was in a residential neighborhood with easy access to amenities and close to where we needed to be. We never saw Erik, but he gave clear instructions and answered our questions promptly. We’d definitely stay there again.
