Quirky, historic house with lots of space for our big family!! Would definitely recommend if you need a big space with lots of comfortable “hanging out” rooms.

The home is beautiful and has tons of character. It's also in a beautiful setting and feels very homey. Would definitely stay there again.

The house is beautiful. It was cozy and clean. The pictures online do not do it justice. We had a great weekend with family. We would definitely go back. Bonus that it was so close to Bear Creek Mountain after a day of snowboarding!

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

The place is cute and the property is beautiful. The pool is lovely and well taken care of by Stephany and her family. It was very easy to find the house and there are a lot of cute Farms and places to visit nearby. The beds are harder than I like, but my family found them comfortable. All of the bedrooms are upstairs and the back staircase is a little tricky, but I found it to be a fun way to get downstairs. The house was built hundreds of years ago and has quite the charming feel, most of the floors appeared to be original or close to it and we found that very amusing, the kitchen has updated ammenities and that was very welcomed. My daughter loved the trees in the house and enjoyed napping on the couch under one. They live her full time, so have many of their own personal items throughout the house; but they made sure to clear enough room for us to feel welcome and comfortable.

My son and I loved staying at Allison and Timothy's place! Full disclosure, we are very familiar with the neighborhood, as one of my closest friends lives a block away in Germantown. My little son loved playing in the yard with the kids - the trampoline and pet rabbit were particular highlights. We felt cozy and connected while still having our own private space to retreat. The only thing that I wished for was a bit more light, but that is to be expected with a basement apartment, and the access to the backyard more than made up for that. Thanks again!!

We had a great stay at the Marauder’s Flat! Lisa is an amazing host, extremely communicative and responsive - the apartment was clean and comfortable and more than enough room for the 4 of us, I think it would be very comfortable for 6-8 people (although you will have to take turns with the single shower). The kitchen is extremely well equipped and I thought it was a very nice touch that Lisa left some soda waters and a basket of goodies. One caveat is that the stairs are old and not wide at all. Not an issue for us, but perhaps for someone. The street is safe and quiet, right on the top edge of Germantown and starting edge of Mt Airy. There are some places within a short walk, a bargain grocery market and a little coffee shop…, I would recommend going a mile or two north into Chestnut Hill, which is very pretty and full of shops and restaurants. The Harry Potter theme is very cute, and not overly done. I recommend the Flat for anyone staying in this area!

Bo was super responsive and flexible - thank you! The home didn't match the photos (beds and living room set up were slightly different). Still enough beds / sleeping, but just wanted to highlight that the kids-themed beds were not there (which was ok for us). The home is near enough to a highway that you can hear traffic/cars throughout the night, so might be a little tough for a light sleeper. Overall, the location is fantastic if you're looking to get to the King of Prussia Mall and Valley Forge (literally minutes away).

Great house and easy ride into Philly. Close to all the colleges, but not in an area with college kid houses. Great back yard for kids.

Such a fun and unique property! We stayed in most of the trip because everyone was enjoying themselves on property, there was no reason to leave! The house is well organized and had everything we needed and then some. I can’t say enough good things about the house and host. If we are ever back down that way we would 100% stay again!

We had two extended stays at Kelly’s guest house as it served as an outstanding retreat while our home was undergoing construction. The house is cozy, spacious, immaculate, and well appointed. It is highly recommended for a quiet getaway and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings as well watching the horses, pigs, and goats. Our last night there were treated to a wild lightning show from the Florida room as a line of wicked storms passed through after sunset. I sure I will have to find some excuse to stay here again soon.

We had a great stay here and Angela was very easy to communicate with. Great places to visit such as The Franklin Institute and The Please Touch Museum for a kids were super short drives away.

Lovely and clean house. I stayed one night with my young kids, and we enjoyed the well appointed kitchen, toys in the living room, and blowing bubbles in the fenced yard. Stairs are steep as mentioned in the listing and in reviews. Check in and checkout was seamless thanks to the clear instructions provided by the owner!

Our second stay at Mamle´s house was just as nice as the first one. This is a lovely place with spacy rooms. The house lies in a quiet road but is still very close to shops and Wynnewood railway station. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This time, the magnolias outside were in full bloom, which was magnificent. Mamle is a very nice and considerate host. She replied quickly to our questions and made sure that we had a great time. We’ll be back!

Scarlets home was tidy and peaceful to stay at! There are stores near by if you need anything quickly for cooking! My friends and I were able to enjoy the living space two nights in a row eating and laughing around the kitchen island! It was a beautiful stay!

The place worked out great for our family. A very clean and homey apartment. Beds and pull out couch were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked. We were very happy with the home and the neighborhood.

This was my second time staying here, and it is one of my favorites! The house is beautiful and charming, and had everything we needed for a cozy weekend. Great kitchen for preparing meals, plenty of space for dining and the bedrooms were exactly what our group of 5 needed.

Great spot for a couple of people looking for a quiet place to stay near Germantown. Would absolutely stay there again!

We’ve stayed at a lot of airbnb’s and all are really great but Jenifer’s home was amazing, the over the top amenities, she had to take care of some stuff at the house and was a wonderful person to meet and just had great communication with us. The place is gorgeous, such an awesome layout and we loved it. We would definitely recommend it and will rent again.

my friends and I had a wonderful time staying here! the host was communicative and clear, the home was clean and cozy, and the location was excellent! if I ever make a trip back to Pheonixeville I will be seeking out this rental again.
