We had a wonderful 5-day stay. The neighborhood is very nice (quiet, peaceful, pretty) and still walkable to restaurants, public transportation and events. Th apartment is beautifully set up with all the amenities you could want and was sparkling clean as well. We felt very comfortable. Mark the host is welcoming, interesting and always very responsive to any questions about the apartment or the area. We have family in the area and anticipate staying here again.

This place had everything we needed for our stay in the area. Great location near our relatives and Rock Creek Park, where we did a bunch of walking. Our hosts were extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. We’d definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Washington DC. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit. We truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. The apartment was lovely and it’s situated in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and metro. We had a great experience! We had trouble finding a parking spot one of the nights, but overall the parking worked out fine. We would recommend this place and the hosts were great!

Lovely stay in DC!! Was an easy walk to a few restaurants and stores. As well as an easy walk to the metro. Very comfortable stay, tidy and clean, didn’t even feel like a basement room!! Made for a budget friendly stay in dc as we were able to use the kitchen for some of our meals while staying there.

Terese was very responsive with any questions that we had. The place was a perfect weekend stay for 2 people. About 30 minutes from Washington DC so I would recommend if you are trying to stay a little bit outside the city. Worth the stay and would come back.

Anju and Steve were excellent hosts. Their place a home away from home. They accommodated all our needs and were so gracious about it. The place, a studio basement apartment, is very well done. The shower was nice and spacious unlike other studios I have rented in the past. the kitchen and living area are perfect size and well kept. The bed very comfortable. The windows are well placed so you don't feel like you are in a basement. The walkout/walk-in concept gives you proper privacy. And we never ever heard footsteps thanks to the extra padding they (seemed to have ) put to soundproof the ceiling as well as the windows. Thanks Anju and Steve for a great stay. we would love to return the next time we are in DC.

I stayed for 7 months and had a great experience! The house was incredibly clean and had all of the listed amenities. The neighborhood is located near a busy highway but there were no issues with noise and had good access to nearby restaurants and stores. There were some issues with the HVAC unit but Hassan handled it promptly upon being notified. He replied instantly to any questions and concerns we had with the house and was very kind and welcoming. Hassan was a great host and I recommend this location to others who need a place to stay in Silver Spring, Maryland.

This place was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, cozy. Easy access to the main roads. The hosts were very responsive.

The place is clean and quiet! It is very spacious and has a large back yard. We arrived early so I texted Samad. And Samad’s response was quick and he let us to have early checkin. In general, my friends and I all liked the place and enjoyed the stay here!

Meti met us at the house early and allowed us to drop our bags so we could have extra time to explore. This was ideal as we didn’t have a car. Home is a 15 minute walk to Fort Totten Metro station. There is an Aldi and a Walmart within walking distance. Beds comfortable.

Jo is a great host. She gave us a lot of great recommendations. The house is super clean and comfortable. We would stay here again when we come back to DC.

Was very happy with how clean the house was! One thing to note is all the bedrooms are upstairs with two sharing a full hallway bath and one having an en suite full bath. The third full bath is downstairs.

Great value place for staying in DC, with pretty much everything you would need. Easy bus routes to the Mall, and grocery stores nearby. Michael’s place was clean and tidy and the area is nice. Recommended!

Yue’s place is great and especially quiet. It is conveniently located near grocery, pharmacy, and banks. The most attractive though is a lake close by that is great for walks. Everything worked well and Yue was very responsive- always asking if there is more she can do. I will definitely come back again. One caution is the flight of stairs so if you are elderly or have a bad knee, that might be a problem.

We had a great weekend stay-cation in this condo! The location is great and very walkable to many different things - restaurants, grocery stores, convenient stores, etc. The check-in process was seamless with Leslie’s thorough instructions. The condo was extremely clean and tidy. There were snacks and waters available as well as plenty of towels and toiletries. Leslie was very easy to get a hold of and very timely with responses to any questions we had. Overall we felt very safe and comfortable here and would absolutely book this location again!

Great place in a quiet DC neighborhood, perfect for a family of 4-5 or two couples. Lots of natural light, which is not the case for all basement apartments in DC row houses. This one had it’s own private entrance, all the amenities and plenty of parking right along the street right outside the house. Chris was a very attentive host and it was really easy checking in and out with his instructions. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area. Wonderful stay
