È molto accogliente e dispone di tutti i più moderni servizi. Antico fienile toscano ristrutturato nel 2005 di 75m2. La casa, completamente arredata ed indipendente si compone di un piano terra con ampio soggiorno (cucina, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e forno), televisore con TV satellitare, un bellissimo camino e una grande tavola in legno e divano letto, arredato con mobili d'epoca in classico stile rustico toscano. Al primo piano: bagno con doccia e camera da letto (matrimoniale) con climatizzatore.
