Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa el hospedarnos en la vivienda de Kathlen, además de su amabilidad y cordialidad, sentimos la calidez de un hogar con su compañía y amistad. Un bello jardín que da sosiego cada mañana y unos perros realmente cariñosos hacen de la estadía una experiencia excepcional. Asimismo , la cocina se encuentra debidamente equipada al igual que todos los ambientes que se oferta, que sumado al trato tan familiar que brinda Kathlen, hacen que recomendemos sin lugar a dudas el hospedarse con ella.

El ingreso y salida autónomos muy práctico, muy seguro, muy tranquilo. la cama 100/100 y buena comunicación. saludos

Great place, fridge is a little loud so we had to turn it off for a few hours to sleep. Otherwise it is really quiet and great location with a nice park nearby and it is close to nice neighborhoods.

Gustavo and Sandra were great hosts and were very welcoming. They were very responsive when I needed help with anything. The apartment is in a great location. There are many food spots in walking distance, and Walmart is not too far away. There is a grocery store one block away. There are also a couple of gyms in walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Es una gran opción para hospedarse en el centro de San José. La ubicación es muy buena, se encuentra sobre Av Central y en frente del museo de Jade. La habitación es bastante espaciosa y limpia, lo único que podría mejorar son las escaleras porque los escalones son pequeños y tienen poco espacio entre sí. Algo muy positivo es que siempre hay alguien en recepción y son muy amables.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Everything about my stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment was spotless — it genuinely felt cleaner than a hotel. The location couldn’t be better; it was right where I needed to be, with everything within easy reach. Marie was a fantastic host — incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist. The space itself was super comfortable, thoughtfully furnished, and cozy in a way that made it feel like a true home away from home. The price was just right for the quality offered, and I honestly have zero complaints — not even small ones. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had, and I will 100% stay here again in the future. If you’re considering booking it, don’t hesitate.

O apartamento é excelente e possui uma vista linda para o centro de San José. A localização é muito boa. Praticamente é possível fazer quase tudo a pé, inclusive supermercado. A cozinha é muito bem equipada e nos serviu muito bem durante nossa estadia. Apenas a limpeza do apartamento deixou a desejar. Diego foi muito prestativo quando precisamos dele. Recomendamos! Uma dica: para quem desejar alugar um carro no edifício existe uma parceria com um aplicativo de locação de automóveis que para nós foi muito útil e preço excelente. Também vale aproveitar os excelentes restaurantes do entorno.

Super lindo, super contenta

We loved our stay at Deborah’s- it’s in the best location, right in the heart of the cool escalante district in San Jose. The space is comfortable, clean and well equipped. Deborah is a lovely host, she was so communicative and also really went out of her way to help us planning the rest of our time in Costa Rica. Check in instructions were easy to follow, so it was all smooth even though we arrived late at night from our flight. We highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place! The apartment is great, and the view is stunning. Highly recommend staying here, Doña Illeana is an excellent host and provides a wonderful experience overall!! I will definitely be coming back!

We loved our stay here! The building is beautiful with access to a small pool, a gym, a yoga room, and the tattoo room. The neighborhood is very safe and has a street full of bars and restaurants just a few blocks away. We are also close enough to walk down to the center of san jose to see museums and walk along central ave. The hose was very responsive to our questions and the people at the front desk are very helpful!

Great place to stay, very quiet and confortable

If you want to experience the real life of the city, this is a great apartment. The hosts are very kind and responsive and I felt right at home.

Very convenient, walkable to many markets, great restaurants and coffee shops. Very safe area close to the stadium. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is my second time at an extended stay at this location. I liked it so much that I returned to this location. It is a modern and clean apartment, with good internet, in a convenient location. It is easy to get to many places from there. The hosts are very friendly and hopeful. I would stay longer if I could!

Ich habe drei Monate an der Deutschen Auslandsschule gearbeitet und die Unterkunft liegt zentral in Pavas und gegenüber der deutschen Schule. Camille war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, die immer auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingeht. Die Wohnung war immer topp sauber und die Bilder entsprechen der Realität.
