I loved my stay at Pajaro Dunes. The only thing you could hear was the ocean. Easy beach access for long walks. Not crowded. Lovely space. Exactly what I needed!

We had a wonderful stay at Jane’s beautiful oceanfront home! The views from the patio, and living room were absolutely stunning—we even spotted seal pups right from the patio. The location is perfect: easy walking distance to the aquarium, Cannery Row, the beach, and a scenic walking/bike path. The home was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—laundry soap, extra towels, high-quality bedding, and comfortable, homey furniture. Jane made the check-in process seamless with clear instructions and even left us a list of local recommendations and binoculars to enjoy the views. Although Jane lives upstairs, the unit feels very private. She was responsive and welcoming, while giving us plenty of space. This was one of the most comfortable and well-prepared rentals we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a perfectly peaceful stay at Ann’s! We couldn’t have asked for a better location with the aquarium, shops, restaurants, and beaches within walking distance. The bed was comfy, cozy interior, beautiful gardens. Just the perfect spot!

My stay at Aubrey’s mountain retreat was nothing short of incredible! Nestled in a breathtaking remote location, this getaway was the perfect escape from the busy city life. The views were absolutely stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made for a truly relaxing experience. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and designed for maximum comfort while still allowing me to connect with nature. Aubrey was a fantastic host—attentive, responsive, and full of great recommendations. If you're looking for a secluded mountain escape, this is the perfect spot. I can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful few days staying at this beautiful house. The view from the top floor bedroom is incredible - we were able to see otters in the water and even whales spouting in the distance. It’s also a very easy, family friendly, 9 minute walk to Monterey Aquarium. It’s a quiet neighbourhood and an easy walk to a great grocery store and coffee shops and breakfast spots.

Just have to say this stay was fabulous. We enjoyed the wonderful view every morning while we where there and the evening walks with the family. The beach chair and toys where provided and that was such a great help. House was great from the entering of the house to the point we had to check out. I would highly recommend it for any family that wants to get away for a weekend. My family and I where very much appreciate the ladies at the office and security at night everyone was always very friendly and helpful..

This was our third stay at Monterey Dunes and our first during winter. The home was very cozy and perfect for our family on four adults and two grandkids. Kitchen was well supplied and updated quality appliances. Beds were comfortable with great mattresses. Beach was just steps away although we we there during tide warnings so stayed close to the dunes. Great spot for relaxation, a very private beach, and home cooking. Not the best spot if you’re looking for fancy restaurants.

This home was absolutely perfect! Quaint, impeccably clean, amazing location within walking distance to everything, and every amenity you could possibly need. My two adult daughters and I had a wonderful “girls trip” celebrating the end of my one year battle with breast cancer. 🙏

We had a wonderful time at Rivers Edge! The house was so cute with beautiful view on the deck and access to the river. Kids room so cozy - kids loved it. 3 kids very comfy in there. Really appreciated the extra towels and comfortable touches like fans, and plugs, games and coffee station and everything needed in kitchen. It was a beautiful stay in the Carmel valley! We really appreciate Susan!

This place was exactly what we needed. It was quiet, beautiful and the perfect size. We would definitely come back!

The location was amazing. We’ve stayed in other units before too, but this was perfect for 2 people and great views! Highly recommend for a getaway. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We will be back.

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

¡Muy buen departamento para hospedarse en Watsonville!. El lugar es muy cómodo y bonito, con todo el equipamiento necesario para pasar una estancia muy cómoda y agradable en familia o amigos. Es tal como se describe en la publicación. A unos 10 minutos en auto del centro de Watsonville. Es una muy buena opción para hospedarse relativamente cerca de Carmel o Monterrey. Soojin fue muy amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente. Recomendamos mucho este alojamiento y sin lugar a dudas volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.

This place was perfect for our family get together! It was clean and right on the beach! Well worth what we paid and I would def go back. Everyone was super helpful and we got right in with no problems! All in all it was beautiful, everyone we talked to was friendly!!

Our family loved this spot. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and the ocean views and fireplace made it a very cozy stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Pajaro Dunes. The location couldn't be more perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It's rare to find a place that feels so close yet so serene and peaceful. Our family loved every minute of our vacation here, and the calm atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. Everything about our stay was excellent, from the cleanliness of the home to the helpfulness of our hosts.

This resort is somewhere to go to get awayrom the chaos of city life and just walk along a beach and sit and contemplate life.
