We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Jay place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Jay was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was amazing. This is a special place in a great location; perfect home base for exploring Big Sur, Carmel, Monterey, Capitola, and Santa Cruz!! The grounds are immaculate and the staff onsite offer friendly support. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen and there are lots of sleeping options. GREAT restaurant and bar onsite! But that’s the only place to eat that’s walkable. So we used the BBQ grill for one night, which was clean and in good shape! Enjoyed cooking outside and eating at the private patio table. Hot tub and pool super clean and well kept! Was nice! Come here to relax, recharge, watch sunsets on the beach and adventure around the many beautiful nearby destinations!!

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

What an awesome place this is! The house is located on top of a mountain which gives stunning views. Day and night! And waking up with a swim in such surroundings is a very nice way to start your day!

My stay at Aubrey’s mountain retreat was nothing short of incredible! Nestled in a breathtaking remote location, this getaway was the perfect escape from the busy city life. The views were absolutely stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made for a truly relaxing experience. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and designed for maximum comfort while still allowing me to connect with nature. Aubrey was a fantastic host—attentive, responsive, and full of great recommendations. If you're looking for a secluded mountain escape, this is the perfect spot. I can't wait to return!

beautiful 😍 would absolutely love to stay again

We cannot save enough good things about Lisa's place- we didn't want to leave. The place had the best location! Described as 28 steps to the beach, it really is that! I was looking for a beachfront property, and this was just that. The beach was also easy to get to, unlike some of the other listings. The home was very clean and comfortable- it had a lot of high tech items, like the Lululemon exercise mirror, the table that is a high/low, standing or sitting, the sleep number beds, the restroom mirrors/shower. Lots of items were included to ensure an amazing stay-- binoculars for whale watching, sand toys on the patio, and aquarium passes. So very thoughtful! Lisa was very responsive, and I really appreciate the later checkout upon request. I wasn't feeling well that last full day and was really grateful. We were also lucky that we got to be here when the heated pools were available! My absolute favorite part was the views and proximity to the beach!

The estate was very private and peaceful. The house itself is stunning, has beautiful views, and great amenities. We especially loved the hot tub. The ping-pong/pool table was a blast, and we even ended up playing some card games. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could need for cooking. Kimberly was very welcoming and responsive the entire stay. Overall great trip. Thank you, Kimberly!

This was our second time staying here. Carmel Valley is beautiful and close to wineries and restaurants. We enjoyed the hot tub, the heated bathroom floor and comfortable bed. Thank you again for sharing your place with us 💕
