This apartment was perfect. Everything about it was excellent. The amenities were superb, beds and linens were top notch, the kitchen well stocked, and very clean. Highly recommended! Parking was great. Very walkable to shopping and restaurants. It has two matching bedrooms and baths, perfect for two couples. Great showers as well. Awesome place.

What a cute homey space! It really did feel clean, and I think part of it is because shoes are not to be worn indoors. I really appreciated this. The size was perfect for just myself. The space was laid out to maximize its function and use, and I appreciated all the windows that could be opened for fresh air. Everything was very organized. Nikki was quick about answering my questions about the wifi (very fast!) and other amenities. I did not walk to the shops, as it seemed it would take too long to walk there with the limited window of time I had to do so. But driving there only took a few minutes. A lovely stay!

We had an amazing stay at Howard’s Place! Literally steps from the beach. Howard was very communicative and always responded if we reached out to him. The community is also amazing! We had an issue with the blinds not working and they came the next day and fixed them. They provide wheelbarrows for luggage and have a private pond. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Howard!

We had an amazing stay. The apartment was very spacious and super clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. We accidentally locked ourselves out, but the host was very responsive in helping us solve the problem—much appreciated! I’d highly recommend the place!

Wir haben 8 Wochen in Beckys wunderbaren Strandhaus gelebt und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir konnten vom Wohnzimmer aus auf den Pacific schauen und die Wale beobachten - großartig! Abends haben wir immer einen Spaziergang zum Strand gemacht; barfuss natürlich, da wir nur 3 Minuten bis zur wunderschönen Düne brauchten. Becky hat Ihr Haus sehr geschmackvoll im Stil eines wunderschönen Beachhouse eingerichtet und der einer Düne nachempfundene Garten mit super Sitzgelegenheiten war auch für unsere Kinder ein toller Spielplatz! Nicht zu vergessen; es gibt in Del Monte Beach eine tolle Nachbarschaft, in der wir jetzt immer noch wohnen!

A real home from home. Our grown up kids are really picky and they said it was the nicest holiday house we had ever stayed in. Loads of space. Really comfortable. Really well equipped. Garden was a bonus. Laundromat is really nearby - Tory gave us directions - and the people in there are super friendly too!

Exquisite place to stay! The perfect serene home base for spending time in and near Carmel -- just as special as the pictures. And the hosts included all sorts of thoughtful touches that made all the difference. Highly recommended!

Amazing location and such a cozy home! It was a little chillier than expected in Carmel, so it was nice to be able to hang out in such a comfortable space. My only complaint was that the doors made so much noise when you open/close them. Normally, not a big deal at all, but I had my baby with me so nap/bedtime was a little tricky (lol). Still worth the stay and I would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Allen’s place. We love outdoor activities, as hiking, kayaking, playing tennis etc. Spent 6 weeks and the weather was amazing and perfect! Allen’s place has a great location and walkable to Monterey or Pacific Grove downtown, as near most of restaurants and bars! Nice and comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a cute, clean, well equipped kitchen! Would definitely love to go back for another summer!

This was our second stay here and it’s such a cute place to stay at, it feels like home. Everything is clean and the outside patio area is so perfect for enjoying the weather.

Marieke is such a wonderful host and the remodeled space is beautiful and inviting. The bed had one of the most comfortable mattresses I've slept on!! The backyard area was the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon book. I highly recommend this place!!!

We had a lovely stay here. The game room was an amazing touch and the location was very convenient for us. Jack and Kathleen went above and beyond helping us as well when we left some items behind. Highly recommend this to anyone!

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

¡Muy buen departamento para hospedarse en Watsonville!. El lugar es muy cómodo y bonito, con todo el equipamiento necesario para pasar una estancia muy cómoda y agradable en familia o amigos. Es tal como se describe en la publicación. A unos 10 minutos en auto del centro de Watsonville. Es una muy buena opción para hospedarse relativamente cerca de Carmel o Monterrey. Soojin fue muy amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente. Recomendamos mucho este alojamiento y sin lugar a dudas volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.

Julia is a FANTASTIC host who is very friendly and treated us and our baby girl brilliantly letting us use the space in her apartment for feeding and playing outside of our room. The finish of the apartment is of high quality with everything you'd need including a cute balcony overlooking the woodland. The room itself is a perfect size and as described with it's own private bathroom and great personal touches. You will need to drive as there are a lack of pavements / sidewalks but Carmel is only a 10 min drive and has all the local amenities with plenty of great restaurants.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Pajaro Dunes. The location couldn't be more perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It's rare to find a place that feels so close yet so serene and peaceful. Our family loved every minute of our vacation here, and the calm atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. Everything about our stay was excellent, from the cleanliness of the home to the helpfulness of our hosts.

This was the perfect place for my family and I to relax and enjoy. Plenty to do and a great little restaurant right on location. Sidharth was awesome to communicate with and was very proactive.
