A wonderfully peaceful place to stay.

The estate was very private and peaceful. The house itself is stunning, has beautiful views, and great amenities. We especially loved the hot tub. The ping-pong/pool table was a blast, and we even ended up playing some card games. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could need for cooking. Kimberly was very welcoming and responsive the entire stay. Overall great trip. Thank you, Kimberly!

My stay at Aubrey’s mountain retreat was nothing short of incredible! Nestled in a breathtaking remote location, this getaway was the perfect escape from the busy city life. The views were absolutely stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made for a truly relaxing experience. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and designed for maximum comfort while still allowing me to connect with nature. Aubrey was a fantastic host—attentive, responsive, and full of great recommendations. If you're looking for a secluded mountain escape, this is the perfect spot. I can't wait to return!

We loved staying at Shelli’s home in Monterey Dunes Colony. Every room was set up nicely and clean, and you could tell Shelli has put a lot of care into the home. There were 7 of us and each family member enjoyed their stay. We love staying at Monterey Dunes Colony because the location can’t be beat. Every home has their quirks but honestly we didn’t find any at Shelli’s. It was comfortable to hang out and enjoy the beach and scenery, and close enough to outdoor activities and the aquarium. The living room is set up comfortably for a big group, while offering privacy too. It was a restful and rejuvenating getaway! We plan to book again.

We LOVED our stay! This home was such a great find. It’s beautiful, unique, and scenic. The property offered a lot that it’d be a tragedy not to spend most if not all of your time there. We enjoyed it so much we canceled outings. We had with us four teenagers and a pre school age little one. They loved venturing out, enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool time, and s’more making at the fire pit. We wished we had more time to BBQ and enjoy the gorgeous views of the valley. The separate unit above the garage with two bedrooms was perfect for the girls to enjoy their privacy. All of the beds were comfortable, & it had plenty of bathroom & pool towels. Everything was decorated beautifully & was well stocked. The living room had a comfy couch & the kitchen, although on the small side, was perfect for quick home cooked meals. This was a beautiful property, easy to disconnect from reality & a comfy home! It’s worth the drive up/down the windy road, so if you get car sick, just come prepared!

We loved every moment spent in this house ,especially the cats , the house was very comfortable, clean and cozy, I would definitely recommend this house .

A beautiful garden in the backyard. My granddaughter thought the fairies lived there. Spacious, clean, and great amenities. Thoughtful chocolates, coffee and other amenities. Easy access from freeway.

Great house. A little far from Monterey (about 42 minutes) but we had a great time none the less. Big home, room for lots of people, extra bedding and blankets and the kids loved the outside area. The fire pit was relaxing and enjoyable and having the washer and dryer was nice. Charles was very responsive and we appreciated the hospitality.

Truly enjoyed our stay and experience at Dave & Lee's place. Incredibly responsive and friendly hosts. I was in town for the Big Sur marathon and received a TON of useful info from them. The house was perfect for our family with two small children (1 and 3 years old). The bed and pillows in primary were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. The house rules and checkout procedures were reasonable and easy. All in all it was a great Airbnb experience, and I recommend staying here on your next visit to the area. Thanks again!

This was our third year using Donna’s home for our week-long annual trip to the Monterey peninsula. We have always been pleased with our stay, and this year was no different. Donna’s home has everything a family or group could need. The home has always been clean and tidy. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, and very close to most of the points of interest in this area including golf courses, the popular Monterey Bay Aquarium/Fisherman’s Wharf, and Laguna Seca Raceway. Her communication has been friendly and clear - no troubles to speak of. If you are considering a stay in this area, either short or longer term, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

The Oak Treehouse far exceeded our expectations. From our pre-arrival and throughout our stay, Daniel was communicative and super responsive. While we had visited Carmel many times this trip was full of discovery and pleasant surprises. From finding a local bread and salami at the the Village market to beautiful and breathtaking hike to finding new eats all around town. Then being able to come back to relax and enjoy the amenities of the retreat in the hills made it a wonderful getaway. We highly recommend to all!

Our stay was short but exactly what we needed! Very quaint property complete with backyard chickens and rabbits.

We had a great stay at Jennifer and John’s home! We really appreciated having kid gear and toys for our toddlers, and loved being able to borrow their stroller for walks along the coast and to the aquarium. The home was very quiet, comfortable and cozy and was a great base to explore Pacific Grove and the greater area. Thanks again for hosting us!!

Wir haben 8 Wochen in Beckys wunderbaren Strandhaus gelebt und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir konnten vom Wohnzimmer aus auf den Pacific schauen und die Wale beobachten - großartig! Abends haben wir immer einen Spaziergang zum Strand gemacht; barfuss natürlich, da wir nur 3 Minuten bis zur wunderschönen Düne brauchten. Becky hat Ihr Haus sehr geschmackvoll im Stil eines wunderschönen Beachhouse eingerichtet und der einer Düne nachempfundene Garten mit super Sitzgelegenheiten war auch für unsere Kinder ein toller Spielplatz! Nicht zu vergessen; es gibt in Del Monte Beach eine tolle Nachbarschaft, in der wir jetzt immer noch wohnen!

Booked for my parents to stay at for my wedding. We were met with brownies and a wonderful home. Incredible views overlooking Carmel in a peaceful, private setting. It was everything we could have asked for and more. Highly recommend.

Stayed 3 days with a family of 3. Great location by the coast and the Aquarium. Very clean and good neighborhood. Great spot when exploring the Monterey peninsula. Would stay here again!

Overall, the house was very nice and we would consider staying there again. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. They need to have more updating in the kitchen.

I proposed to my now fiancé at Mary’s place… An absolute dream getaway for anyone wanting to experience Big Sur. I recommended to several of my friends this exact Airbnb.

Fantastic rental less than 10 minutes from Pinnacles National Park. Private, well-kept, scenic home with beautiful views. It is fairly remote so you need to bring all food and supplies but the host was proactive about communicating this prior to check-in so we came prepared. Highly recommend for those needing a stay near Pinnacles!
