Private suite with a king size bed

A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

Derrière le Petit Zen, vous avez une petite terrasse avec vue sur une petite colline boisée d'où vous pourrez écouter les oiseaux. Vous avez la possibilité de faire un feu extérieur dans notre foyer, le bois vous est fourni gratuitement. Nous sommes situés à mi-chemin entre Trois-Rivières, Drummondville et Victoriaville. Il très éclairé avec une entrée privée ,très bien aménagé et très propre. Idéal pour une famille tranquille. À 5 min de la Place Bell, Centre Laval À 3 min du métro Cartier et cinéma Guzzo Proche de plusieurs restaurants (TIM HORTONS, MCDONALD, SUBWAY, PIZZERIA, DOMINOS PIZZA), épiceries, pharmacies. Parking non inclus.

Located on chemin des Patriotes in a century-old home. Bordered by a stream and a wooded area, the nature in the area will enchant you. Close to the region's attractions, such as the apples, Mont St-Hilaire, Manoir Rouville Campbell and only 30 minutes from Montreal. You will appreciate my accommodation for the ambience, the outdoor space, the lighting and the comfortable bed. My accommodation is perfect for couples, single travelers and business travelers.

My place is private, cosy, clean and convenient. It is a two-minute walk to Monkland Village which has great restaurants​, grocery store, health store, coffee shops, bakeries and more. We are a 2-minute​ walk from the Villa Maria Metro station with access to Montreal city within 10-15 minutes and have free, non-permit parking outside the apartment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with babies).

Small studio (6 by 22 feet) (it is not basement) (ONLY FOR NO SMOKER) with private bathroom, private kitchen, private entrance and private parking in a single-family house. It is equipped with a wall-mounted heat pump, induction cooktop, small oven, microwave, refrigerator, underfloor heating, humidity detector, oil heater, Smart TV (Bell TV). The bed is not double, it is queen. Washer and dryer are shared. Several shops within walking distance.

Our place is close to Commercial Centres, easy access to Downtown of Montreal [25 minutes driving distance or 50 minutes by public transport] and St-Helen's Island (La Ronde, The Biosphere, Formula-1, parc Jean Drapeau, Casino, etc)[15 minutes driving distance or 30 minutes by public transport]. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
