La bottega di Giacomino is a sequence of rooms and large niches where there is a contemporary designed kitchen, a large living room that can host up to 6 guests, an open bedroom suitable for children or couples, a comfortable double bedroom with wardrobe and a bathroom.

Situato tra le colline di Montecosaro in una posizione tranquilla e riservata,questo alloggio gode di una meravigliosa vista mare e di un bellissimo scorcio sul Conero.Ristrutturato nel 2024 con materiali scelti e accuratezza nei particolari,la dimora mantiene intatta l’atmosfera calda ed accogliente del casale di campagna. Si può alloggiare lontano dal trambusto della città avendo comunque a portata di mano il mare e l’allegra città di Civitanova. A disposizione una Jacuzzi per i due alloggi.

At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.
