Little Alum is a gorgeous spring-fed lake in the quintessential New England town of Brimfield, MA. Brimfield is known as home to the largest flea market in the country. Little Alum is regarded as one of the cleanest lakes in Massachusetts due to its pristine water quality. The charming cottage is a one level home within close proximity to highways & downtown Sturbridge and off route 20 just a few minutes to downtown Brimfield and Antique show/flea market. Enjoy a peaceful stay in this cozy, creative space. Set on 10 acres of gardens and woods, this cottage is perfectly located to explore Western Massachusetts - with places like MASS MoCA, Shelburne Falls, Tanglewood and Northampton all within a 30min to 1 hour drive. Upstairs is a queen bed and full bath, while downstairs features a functional kitchen, work desk, grand windows, and a living space with full sleeper sofa. We live in the main house on property but respect your privacy-see photos!

Craig's Cove is a two-room apartment (in my finished basement) with a farmhouse industrial motif and is in close proximity to Sturbridge, wineries, micro-brews such as Lost Towns Brewing, and beautiful scenery. Guests will be provided with one off-street parking space, private entry, bedroom with queen-size bed, full bathroom, TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime, free wifi, coffee, kitchenette with sink, microwave, fridge, toaster oven, hot plate (no full size stove), and patio with pergola.

The Windy Top Cottage is an old stone building constructed in 1932 by H. L. Bitter, a wealthy Hartford businessman. This area of Granby was a favorite of the Hartford elite for a place to 'summer' in the early part of the 20th Century. The cottage was the quarters for the domestic staff while the family was in North Granby. With an elevation of 970, we offer clean, fresh country air!
