In the kitchen there will be food to provide for your own breakfast for the first morning. Location The villa is just a few steps from the characteristic square, the Vrijthof, with the two churches Saint Servatius and St. John, the theater and the museum at the Vrijthof and the many terraces. In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to August) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

De nombreuses marche démarre à 200 mètres de la maison.Votre logementpeut accueillir 7 personnes adultes partagées dans 3 grandes chambres composées de 3 lit double pouvant être séparé en 2. La première chambre dispose égalent d'un lit en hauteur. Une salle de bain, 2 wc indépendant.

Jede weitere Person wird mit € 30,- pro Nacht berechnet. Sehr besonderes Haus mit parkähnlichem Garten und Barockpavillon. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine Privatbrücke. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre mitten in der Stadt. Der Park bietet viele verschiedene Winkel und Ecken auf verschiedenen Ebenen und tollen Ausblicke.
