Almost Heaven At Caney, LLC

Cozy, sparkling clean 3 bedroom 1 bath manufactured home on Caney Lake. Includes use of the dock for fishing and relaxing(no swimming), a boat slip and concrete boat launch. The home is situated on the property behind the main home with partial lake views from each side of porch. 5 minutes by water from Jimmy Davis State Park swim area/beach. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, water sports, sitting near the water around the fire pit, and great fishing while relaxing at this country getaway.

The bedroom includes a king‑sized bed, with extra sleeping space available on the pullout couch and a queen air mattress. Located right on the water, guests have private access to a deck and dock. There is covered parking available for your boat or vehicle. Two public boat ramps are also just minutes away.

From the moment you walk through the front door, to every corner of this house, you will be in "Ahh!" by its spectacular and unique beauty. There are 3 stories, 5 bedrooms 4-1/2 bathrooms, and 2 spacious living rooms. The house sits on a lake, and the back deck gives you a beautiful view of it. The backyard is completely fenced-in and contains a working waterfall.

Piney Woods A-Frame is a cozy rustic cabin tucked away from it all to give you the solitude you've been craving. This is the prefect place for a couples get away, a girls’ weekend, a fishing trip, or just a solo escape. Outdoor lovers will get the best of both worlds here- escape to a cabin in the woods while also being right on the water! Water levels are back to normal so you can enjoy taking out the kayaks! There’s stocked firewood for campfires, board games, & propane for grilling!

Everything you need inside of the 2 bedroom home, as well as a fully surrounded concrete dock with 3 boat slips- 2 are fully covered! Dine outdoors under the sunset where patio table seats up to 10. Cozy near the fire pit while the grill master cooks up on the double sided charcoal pit. Minutes away from Antique Alley shopping & coffee! Also restaurants: Trapps, Cotton, and Hotel Monroe, & more!

Cozy 2 bedroom guest house on Caney Lake.

Come enjoy a peaceful getaway on Caney Lake. Our guesthouse is an updated mobile home that is right behind our main house. While the mobile home is not waterfront, we love for our guests to enjoy our floating boathouse and our yard (that is waterfront) with lounge chairs, hammock and a fire pit. Feel free to cast a line! If we are there staying in the main house, we desire for you to feel freedom enjoying these spaces! There are bream and bass galore so bring your fishing pole!

This is a true Luxury floating home over looking Moon Lake on the Ouachita River. Park your boat under a covered slip right next to the cabin. Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing get-a-way including kayaks, charcoal grill, parking for boat trailer and vehicle. We have a 35 year old minimum age limit and do not allow groups.
