Amazing view of Lake Ontario. I have stayed in several Airbnbs some hosts barely have any cookware or household essentials. Certainly not the case with this property there was enough cookware to host thanksgiving or Christmas dinner for your whole family. Including a whole closet full of towels and paper products. Melisa is a great host we had a hard time figuring out how to start the fire place she actually dropped what she was doing and drove to the property in a snowstorm to assist us! Thanks for the hospitality!

The property and view was beautiful, and the home was clean, comfortable and roomy. We travelled with our 3 children (22, 20, 17 &15). They had a great time with all of the entertainment, particularly the golf simulator and fishing. We just wish we had the time to spend a couple of more days there.

Great place to stay for a family wedding. We were so close to our venue, tucked away in a nice little neighborhood. Host was so responsive and easy to deal with.

Very nice rental in a walkable location. Home was very clean, check in was a breeze, and we had everything we needed.

Kristin was amazing she made me and my family feel so comfortable being in a new place ! My family and I are so happy for being in such a beautiful house like Kristin’s.

Roman was very accommodating. He allowed another couple to come after I made the reservation. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was in a quiet neighborhood and very peaceful. The home was very clean and very nicely decorated. Although a bit pricey for the neighborhood, If we ever are in the area again we would certainly book it again.

Camille’s place was great. Very comfortable stay with our dog. Large fenced backyard. Well stocked and comfortable bed and furniture. Great location close to the lake and park. Great safe walking neighborhood. We have a second stay already scheduled. Highly recommended!!!

Our whole family had a wonderful time on the lake. The house is so spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The water is so nice to swim in with a fabulous sandy bottom all the way out. Lou went well out of his way to make our stay special. Just can’t say enough good!

The apartment was clean and quiet and Anarsha was very helpful & quick to answer my questions. I enjoyed the decor and style and there were lots of little extra touches that she added that made me feel at home. Walking distance to restaurants, amusement park and she gave us a welcome gift as well!!

Great place to stay to be near family for the holiday! Near shops, restaurants, grocery, and expressways. Parking was a breeze, as was getting in and the space was open and inviting. Kitchen is very well stocked…there is a full coffee maker in edition to a Keurig.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and personally explained how everything worked and made sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome of Christmas cookies and wine and thoughtful decorations for Christmas. The space was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with restaurants and attractions nearby. There was the added bonus of visiting deer to see right outside the window. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again!

It's a cute place. Smaller but manageable. You need to be able to do stairs as 3 stories. Significant move in issues were addressed quickly and fully by Heidi. Thank you! Back yard area is small. Nice dock to fish or swim off from. Unfortunately there is no wood burning fire pit. Cottages are very close together so privacy during peak tourist times could be an issue. We had no problems in that area. The road down is a bit challenging but we made it fine. There are a few bars/taverns/restaurants nearby. If possible, I would suggest visiting the site first for a better understanding of location and size for planning.

We were enchanted by Dans lake house. And found it worth every penny. The bed is comfortable, heater works great and the scene is very laid back. The hotels in the area seem to be of the same roadhouse quality, and we are very happy that the cottage was exactly as described. If one is to pay for a hotel it only makes sense to give to an individual instead of a thankless corporation. It is now on our list and we plan on utilizing his chefs table service in the future. Very quiet location, but with a small private beach and historic Lighthouse just in the neighborhood. She provided an Empire State Parks Pass, and Hamlin Beach State Park just 10 miles away, lots of fun. Good beach, picnic areas, paved walking trail along the shore throughout the long park. Two small towns, Hilton and Hamlin to explore, and we found the small Ontario Winery to do some tastings. Apple season with fresh apples and farm fresh corn to sample some of Western Virginia's produce.

Thank you to Tom, et al, for a fabulous stay on the Lake! This was our 1st trip to Upstate New York and we absolutely fell in love with the area and the Lake. Bogus Point is spacious, comfortable with plenty of seating/dining areas and a well equipped kitchen! However, the screened porch was my absolute favorite place for coffee in the morning while watching the Fabulous sunrises!! I was unable to go fishing on the Lake this time - but will absolutely be out there next time! Tom was very responsive and quick to action when we needed gas for the grill (which we really appreciated since we were hosting a small dinner party!!). Again, thank you for a beautiful and relaxing time and we can not wait to return!!

We had a wonderful stay at Tim and Chelsea’s beautiful home in Sea Breeze! The views of Lake Ontario were absolutely stunning; sunrises and sunsets were a daily highlight. The house is beautifully decorated, super cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts went above and beyond by leaving us treats and s’mores kits—such a sweet surprise! You can really feel the love and care put into every detail. Can’t wait to come back!
