Awesome host and home. Susan was really warm and her home was great for us given we need a place to stay for swimming champs. She shared recommendations of places to eat and we felt at home. Hopefully, if her place is available next year, we will Definitely be coming back!

This was my second time at Toms place - clean, in the heart of everything, and he is just such a great host. Makes you feel at home when you're away. I would highly recommend his place if you're looking for a place in Fairport!

We had a lovely family weekend! Lots of space and lovely backyard! We cant wait to visit again!

We were enchanted by Dans lake house. And found it worth every penny. The bed is comfortable, heater works great and the scene is very laid back. The hotels in the area seem to be of the same roadhouse quality, and we are very happy that the cottage was exactly as described. If one is to pay for a hotel it only makes sense to give to an individual instead of a thankless corporation. It is now on our list and we plan on utilizing his chefs table service in the future. Beautiful place. Host was very responsive. Couldn’t ask for a nicer person. Home was stocked with all you could need.( laundry pods, dishwasher tabs, condiments.) I have no doubt any request I could have made would immediately be honored. Absolutely wonderful home in a beautiful area. I was on a work trip but it was such a nice place it makes me want to bring my family back for vacation. Thank you so much for everything!

Had the most amazing stay for my wife’s birthday! The property is absolutely beautiful, we had amazing views for our morning coffee and really enjoyed going for a walk to see the baby geese, ducks and swans. The beds were very comfortable and the house is was immaculate. We ate at Hose22 restaurant the first night and had tavern 19 pizza the following which were both delicious. Wish we had more than just one weekend here and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience at The House. It provided everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. My husband and I particularly enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub with a beautiful view of the lake.
