Gus is a great host! The apartment is very nice and in a great neighborhood. Little Havana - Calle Ocho is just two blocks away. Fun shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great apartment! Great location ! Easy access and quite hotel. Cynthia was very reactive to answer our questions or to get us additional towels or fix the dishwasher. The apartment is pretty new and very comfortable. I definitely recommend the place and will come back !

Had a wonderful stay. Place was clean and right in the middle of Lil Havana Calle 8. We took the bus or cabbed it to other areas of Miami like bayside market and Hobie beach which was leas than 30 min. My cousin and I felt safe returning to the air B& B late at night. Octavio was responsive with all messages I sent. Definitely pleased with my stay!

I am so grateful that I was able to find this amazing spot on AIRBNB! Ionica is an exceptional host. She and her team are super responsive and helpful. The check-in process was seamless. I love how secure and private the space is especially for staying downtown in Miami. This location is great to visit Biscayne Park (5 min walk) and to do some amazing activities that are nearby. The house was just as I expected it to be online as it is even prettier in person. I was extremely satisfied with the service and all of the amenities on site. I would definitely book this spot again and with Ionica as well!

A casa do Frank foi um achado! Super aconchegante, bem equipada e bem localizada. Nos sentimos super bem na casa com a nossa família. Bairro tranquilo, de fácil saída para qualquer lugar de Miami, próximo do Walmart e do aeroporto. Ficaria hospedada novamente com toda certeza!

Daniel's place was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in Miami. We would book again!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Javier's home. The house was a bit old and very well-kept, so quite charming. The garden was very pretty, and the kitchen had all that we needed to cook in it. Javier & his brother Pablo were very responsive and friendly if we had any questions. The only downside was a couple stray ants in the kitchen & bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Michael was a wonderful host. He was proactive in fixing a potential issue prior to check in, and responded quickly to my questions. The house itself was lovely, and nice and peaceful. I would happily stay here again and I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place in Miami.

Eric’s place was lovely, well maintained, nicely appointed, and immaculate. The 3 of us enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool. Even though the apartment is near the airport we only heard planes twice in the 4 days we were there. There is a convenient little grocery store on the site and excellent BBQ from a food truck near the pool. Eric responded to our questions promptly. Comfy beds, everything worked and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Tavernier! The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to see and do in the Keys. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, with a beautiful view of the ocean that made every morning feel like a dream. The host was extremely responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this place—we’d love to come back!

We were comfortable here. It was easy to find and parking was always available. It was quiet except near the airport, but it wasn't disturbing. There were plenty of towels and a washer and dryer, which were convenient.

This was a treasure in paradise for 2 couples to stay and feel completely relaxed. We enjoyed coffee sunrises, a wonderful sunset walk around the marina and we were in walking distance from anywhere we wanted to go in Old Town. Inside the home was a well appointed kitchen that met any cooking need including salt and pepper. It would have been a pleasure to cook but we ended up reheating our leftovers from all the great restaurants we visited. Coffee sunrise and a cocktail in the evening shade overlooking the marina on that beautiful big balcony were highlights of our time there. Thank you from all of us to our gracious host Jennifer. The condo was pristine and actually better than the photos. Bedrooms in particular were really lovely. Our only issue was that the WiFi was out but Sean was super responsive in getting it back up. Plus there was a common WiFi for the building which worked fine. I would definitely rent again.

Kim’s Condo was a wonderful AIRBNB located in a fabulous private community surrounded by a stunning crystal blue ocean and private beach setting. Kim was a terrific host! She was very descriptive about what the condo offers and its surroundings. She listed fantastic restaurants and local things to do in the area for entertainment. ! My family absolutely loved our vacation as one of our top getaways ever and we will definitely be returning ! We highly recommend Kim’s place for your vacation destination!
