This custom built Tiny House is situated on over 100 acres of rolling farmland, hills and forests, with Scottish Highland cattle, chickens, sheep & lambs, pigs, fish in the pond, and 2 beehives. You have use of the entire farm during your stay. Located about 45 minutes south-east of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania's beautiful Laurel Highlands, there is lots to see and do both on site and nearby. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home has a country setting but centrally located near two interstate highways. You will be able to travel just about anywhere in Morgantown in 20 min. Enjoy the large deck with hot tub. Grill out and play some corn hole. Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen, fireplace, and fully tiled shower. Our shower has two shower heads set at different heights, a bench, and shower hose. Our three bedrooms should be able to accommodate 6-8 guests.

Seneca Place is a historic home. Our guests have the best of both worlds: a private full residence with attentive and available hosts (right next door). Please note that we charge by guest for requests over two, so please enter the correct number of guests to fully understand your costs. This neighborhood is very quiet with little to no traffic and the hosts are ten feet away. There is a covered side patio with an outdoor sofa as well as a connecting back patio with a fire pit.

The Crick House

Our Cabin has become know as "The Crick House". The Crick House is situated about 100 yards from the historic Mill Run Creek. Many people in this area use the slang word "Crick" in place of Creek. This explains why the name Crick House has come to be. The cabin sits at the end of a private driveway surrounded by woods. There is a short path allowing access to the creek or you can sit on the porch and listen to its tranquil sounds.

Glamping Pod

Escape to nature in a cozy glamping pod, offering the ideal mix of comfort and adventure in a peaceful setting. Each pod features a queen-size bed, a mini kitchenette with a coffee maker and microwave, and a dining table for two. Pods are equipped with heating and cooling, electricity, and WiFi. Though there's no bathroom inside, our luxury bathhouse with private stalls is just a short walk away and visible from your pod.

A bright, modern cabin in the heart of the Monongahela National Forest. This brand new design driven space feels like being in a treehouse. It lies at the edge of the Dolly Sods wilderness, has forest views from every room, and a sauna. The location provides easy access to tons of hiking and is only 2.5-3 hours from Washington DC. It's as close as you can get to Dolly Sods without camping! 4WD needed in the winter.

Trillium Acres Guest House

Located 10 miles from downtown Morgantown and the stadium. Cooper's Rock is just 12 miles away, with hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. Our cozy house with modern amenities can accommodate 6 people with 2 queen beds, 1 twin and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Cottage and Trillium Acres Hilltop are next door and a short walk through the woods for larger groups needing more space.
