To access the 2nd bedroom you must go thru the master bedroom, so it's more of a bonus room for groups comfortable sharing spaces. You control the temperature with your own HVAC system with both heating & cooling. It’s approximately 15 mins to all main universities, the city center & all of the sports arenas.
