Kingfisher Camp is a romantic hideaway set in the dimple of a hillside of a small farm in the foothills of the Black Mountains. The hut is available for anyone who is content to cuddle up by candlelight and light the woodburning stove to get cosy, or spend a night out by the fire, cooking food and star gazing. Our fully-insulated shepherd's hut offers a genuinely off-grid experience. The hut is South-facing, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside - and nothing else! Our land is well served by public footpaths (though none come near the hut), with walks to suit all standards. (Our favourite is to the pub, which will take you about 40 minutes.) Your only companions are sheep, wild animals and birds. You have the exclusive use of a compost loo and eco-shower, located near the hut.
