Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.

At this unique and tranquil getaway, we suggest you try leaving your phone turned off during your visit so you can fully appreciate tranquility in the woods. Enjoy the slow life, destress and go for country walks and look out for Deer, Buzzards, Horses and Sheep. Wake to the wonderful sound of birds chirping away. The cottage is small and cozy with a wood burner. 1 toilet and shower. 2 double-bed bedrooms upstairs accessed by a spiral staircase. We also have good WiFi.

Quiet Townhouse in the centre of Broughty Ferry walking distance to all local amenities. Guest will have the whole bright and spacious townhouse which is on 3 levels with small garage access and on-street free parking available. The house consists of a ground floor entrance hall with garage access and large cupboard for luggage storage. Cupboard is equipped with iron & ironing board, drying screen and hoover. All bedrooms have wall mounted smart TV's with Netflix

The Annexe (Garden Cottage)
