Absolutely perfect. We had a few days each in Malaga and Granada which were action packed so we wanted a few days to completely relax and we picked the perfect place. Martin was very responsive to questions, and it was easy to check in with the lock box. The place was spotless when we arrived and so well equipped. You are well away from the hustle and bustle up here and we enjoyed watching fluffy clouds literally float past our noses! We had so much space for us and our two teens and anyone with teenagers will get how much of a treat it was to have THREE bathrooms!! The outdoor space and views are stunning, and the cosy lounge was perfect for when it cooled down in the evening. The kitchen was really well equipped and we enjoyed cooking and eating outside. We enjoyed a couple of days completely chilling at the villa, and took trips to Salobrena - about 30 mins away - and Nerja - about 60 mins away - which were both lovely. We would absolutely recommend this place.

Twijfel niet, boek gelijk! Wat een heerlijke plek om lekker met zijn tweetjes te genieten. Van het huis, de mooie tuin en de prachtige omgeving. Lopen naar Nerja, wandelen in de omgeving, het fijne strand van Mora, lekker luieren bij het zwembad, struinen door de straatjes van Frigiliana en gewoon genieten van het prachtige uitzicht op de bergen en de prachtige luchten boven zee. Het huisje is klein maar fijn en superschoon. Het rook er heerlijk toen wij aankwamen. Dank voor een heerlijk verblijf! Wij komen graag nog eens terug om hier van de nazomer te genieten!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille, nos hôtes ont été tres attentifs et très réactifs a nos demandes, le coin est super on recommande vivement.

We had a fantastic week at the villa. It is really even more pretty than the photos! The house was equipped with everything and the view was amazing. We also really loved the contact with Britt. She was so friendly and got us all the information we needed. We even got a very detailed information letter in advance of our arrival with a lot of tips about the neighbourhood. In a fifteen minute walk, you can get to the beach, some shops and a strip of cafés and restaurants. There is also a bus stop that brings you to Malaga Centro in 30 minutes! The way back to the house is a little bit more challenging, especially when walking back on hot days, since the road to the house is quite steep. However, we didn’t mind it too much and the view of the house made it all worth it! I would definitely book this villa again :)

This place in the heart of San Juan Capistrano is a true gem! I have been visiting Nerja with my family every year since I can remember and I can wholeheartedly say this will be our new go-to place to stay! The apartment was pristine, the hosts very responsive and it had everything you need for a short break…. The pool was just the icing on the cake! Thank you Kristoffer for your wonderful hospitality, I cannot recommend your place enough!!

Moment d'exception compte tenu du cadre exceptionnel, vue mer et montagne. Comme l'indique clairement la description, ce bijou se situe dans un endroit très escarpé avec un chemin d'accès bien accidenté. Prévoir 20 minutes pour retrouver la civilisation. Pour un dépaysement total c'est l'endroit rêvé surtout si vous envisagez de rester principalement sur place pour profiter de la piscine. Une attention particulière doit être portée sur le fait qu'il est risqué de se promener depuis la maison en raison de chiens qui gardent certains espaces privés. Certains espaces ne sont pas clôturés et les chiens représentent un réel danger, c'est du vécu. Pour les reste tout est conforme avec carte postale assurée pour vos photos de vacances. Merci pour l'attention d'accueil avec un rioja de qualité !

We had a really great holiday here. The location was perfect for us as we had privacy and peace but we're only a few minutes away from amenities by car. The villa was home from home and had everything we needed. There are so many lovely outdoor dining areas to choose from and we used them all! The pool got a 10/10 from the kids so they were delighted! The nearest beach town of Torres del Mar has absolutely everything you could need and is only 15 minutes away. Janet has been brilliant at communicating and answering queries. A top host! So a big big thank you from us. We've had a memorable, happy and action packed holiday. It's a beautiful location and well worth exploring.

Es war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt in Clared wunderschöner Unterkunft und wir würden jederzeit ein weiteres Mal buchen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Clare kocht fantastisch und buchte für mich sogar eine Massage vor Ort. Clare und Doug sind wunderbare Menschen, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

We had a great time in the house. We were two families with children and enjoyed that there was so much space to hang out, to swim in the pool, to sit on the terrace or to play ping pong. Also to go to the beach and to visit Frigiliana or Nerja was a nice thing to do. We enjoyed that the house is standing alone and was cosy from the inside. Thank you very much, we would come back!

Una casa increíble!! Repetiremos seguro! Habitaciones muy cómodas y un salón estupendo para estar todos juntos!

La casa es un espectáculo, cada detalle ha sido minuciosamente cuidado, y la atención es perfecta. Fueron muy amables con nosotros en la salida, y la experiencia en la propiedad fue totalmente de lujo. Buenas vistas, acabados perfectos, detalles únicos… no soy de ir dos veces a un mismo lugar, pero en este caso puedo decir que volveremos SEGURO.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit der gesamten Familie (12 Pers.). Das Haus ist nicht mehr das jüngste aber es war alles sauber und mit Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Outdoor-Grillbereich, Daybed, Basketballkorb und Billardtisch hatten wir immer was zu tun. Uns fehlten große Schneidebretter – uns wurden sofort 2 neue besorgt und auch gleich noch Seife für alle Bäder mitgebracht, super! Der Weg zum Haus ist recht holperig aber mit dem Auto gut zu schaffen. Man fährt ca. 12 Minuten in die Altstadt von Nerja. Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 30 bis 50 Min. (Altstadt) runter in den Ort. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

El alojamiento es espectacular… cargado de detalles y cosas curiosas y restauradas. Los niños disfrutaron también mucho por la cantidad de espacio e investigando todas las estancias de la casa… Tuvimos que abandonar la casa antes de lo previsto porque se fue la luz en una fase del pueblo y justo nos pilló… nos hubiese encantado poder disfrutar un poco más el último día. Volveremos seguro

We had a wonderful stay at this unique architectural gem in Spain. The house itself is an experience — thoughtfully designed, full of character, and with beautiful attention to detail. The view is stunning, especially in the morning when the sun fills the space with warmth and light. We loved the heated pool, which was perfect for both relaxing and play, and on calm days, it was easy to make our way down to the sea for a refreshing swim. The accommodation is absolutely amazing and we had a fabulous stay! Päivi was very responsive before the stay and then the local contact during our time there was Rosa, who was so lovely and helpful. We had a couple of queries during the stay and Rosa sorted it quickly and was a big help. The villa is wonderful, it's big and very well appointed with everything you'll need. We loved the pool, the views and the peaceful location. and when we were there it was very hot so the air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room were such a bonus. I completely recommend anybody staying here at this lovely villa and location. I hope to be back and muchas gracias Päivi and Rosa.

Property better than the photos Loved the pool and hottub. Could have stayed at the property all week but enjoyed several outings that are all worth doing (Nerja and Frigliana which are both just over 30 minutes drive) Drive up to the property from Sayalonga is quite the experience. Glorious mountain road (narrow and steep at times). Any car can manage it though and shouldn't put anyone off the property

We were really happy with the house as it was ideal for us. We drove from UK with bikes so parking and e-bikes so security and storage were very important. Really spacious inside and outside. Sun or shade as required all day. Possible to walk in to town. Had been on Burriana side before but this seemed more relaxed and we were able to explore the other side of town. Any issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Beatrice and Fabrizio. Replies to messages got responses in just a few minutes. Loved our stay.

We visited the property with our 3 kids in their 20s and their partners. It was our first holiday where we all were together, and I must say the house was outstanding. Beautiful views, fantastic pool, lots of space, and a nice walk into all the lovely beach bars and restaurants in La Herradura. We’ve been going to La Herradura for almost 20 years now, and if you want to enjoy your holiday, then we’d thoroughly recommend a stay at this fantastic property. P.s. I finished the holiday unbeaten at table tennis x

Es una casa grande y preciosa , puesta con muy buen gusto. Tiene magníficas vistas y está muy bien equipada. La piscina es un placer. La comunicación con Caroline rápida y fluida. Todo perfecto .

The place lies in a lush valley close to hiking paths and a 10 min drive to Cómpeta where there's ample shops and restaurants. Tip: hike in about 20 mins opposite the valley to restaurant El Pavo Real, a real English pub. The house is clean and comfortable as in listing. It was jan/feb but temperatures still good to sit outside. The access road may be challenging the first time, but very doable, no 4-4 drive needed and parking/turning near the house is easy. Last but not least the local maintainers Pedro and Joaquin were always very helpful and responsive. All in all we had a wonderful time!

We recently stayed at this lovely villa and had a brilliant holiday. The villa had fantastic views. We enjoyed barbecue’s with such a stunning backdrop, and sitting out there in the evening as the sun went down. The gardens were beautifully well-maintained and we enjoyed using the table tennis table. The villa itself was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped, although we could have done with more tea spoons! The pool was refreshing and a good temperature (it was May so we paid for the heating to be on). However, the pool was deeper than expected, so keep that in mind if you have small children. The villa is in a good location - we spent a lovely day in Granada which was about an hour away. You could walk to La Herradura but the walk was steep and not suitable for small children. We had to drive there instead but it took between 5-10mins so it wasn’t an inconvenience. Overall we had a wonderful holiday here, we would happily return! (2 families, 4 adults, 3 children)
