Nestled in the woods, accessible year round. Very private & quiet. No hunting on this property but enjoy great fishing. Pizza & burger take-out just 10 min away. Lots of water close by for kayaking/canoeing. ATV trails just a few km away. Firewood supplied. Please bring your own drinking / wash water. Pets welcome, but Not on the furniture unless you’ve brought a cover. Never leave pets unattended. No running water. Outhouse/toilet facility. Bring your own disposable propane tank if BBQ’ing.

A three minute walk to Summerville's km long white sand beach and the Quarterdeck Restaurant! Warm and welcoming, this cottage boasts modern conveniences while retaining the beachy charm of a little hideaway cottage, and is ideal for small families, a couple (or two), or solo adventurers. Enjoy the fire pit next to our babbling brook, or take a short drive to White Point Beach Resort for surfing or golf, beautiful Carters beach, or the Keji Seaside Adjunct for a scenic hike and seal watching.

The Cabin at Pembees Gardens has everything you need! Featuring a wood-stove to keep you cozy inside, chickens, ducks & bees on our little farm to explore outside. The cabin is attached to our barn & just a short stroll from the Medway River/Riverbank General Store. Conveniently located 10 min from Liverpool & 20 min from Bridgewater. A short 12 min drive will bring you to the white sands of Beach Meadows. *Please let us know how many beds you require. We have 3 dogs on the property.

the ISLAND - A Charming Island Cottage and Bunkie

The ISLAND provides an amazing and unique escape that is truly one of a kind. This remarkable location is located only minutes off the highway and is less than an 1.5hr drive from Halifax. Enjoy the day exploring the shores and endless ocean views on land or in one of the kayaks or canoes provided. Spend the evenings with your favorite drink (and people) around the bonfire. However you decide to spend your time, we hope you enjoy your stay at this tranquil and picturesque island escape.

Cozy Cottage on South Shore. 30 min from Halifax!

A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable. The apartment is just across the road from our restaurant and coffee bar Main & Mersey so we are often around if you need anything. The apartment is located on Main Street which has several shops and restaurants nearby.
