This cozy ranch has 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, an office, 1.5 baths, plenty of off street parking, a garage and spacious backyard with a patio area for kids and pets. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Mansfield and close to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are happy to accommodate requests if possible. Please give us at least 24 hours notice, as we both work full time.

As you descend the stairway into the woods you'll begin to experience the peace of Otium, one of two small shipping containers set into a clearing in the forest. The outdoor living space has lounging seats, chairs, natural gas fire pit, outdoor shower and an outdoor soaking tub! We have a fully stocked kitchen, board games, smart TV's and a completely custom built bunk room that your kids or friends groups will absolutely love!

NOTE: there is a walking path and steps to get to the cabin, steps up to the front door, and an open staircase to the sleeping loft. The driveway to the cabin is up hill and gravel, accessible by all cars in the Spring/Summer/Fall.
